iwashmycar
I dont care how "mild" the winter will be lol. Cold is cold. I am just hoping we can catch a break come fall and this crazy volatile waves of rain BS calms down!

Not Brian
broken pipes Shouldn't stuff like that be more than just a couple inches below ground?
TTQ B4U
Shouldn't stuff like that be more than just a couple inches below ground? Depends on the grade of the property. I can't recall Ben's front yard but if the side of the house is fairly flat they would need to be closer to the surface at the back of the house and slope downward from there. Typically the pipes follow the natural contour of the ground. 12-16" is common depth and allows for about a foot of dirt over the pipe in even the shallow areas. SpaceGhost
Shouldn't stuff like that be more than just a couple inches below ground? That's the highest point on that line too. It is very flat from there to the street. What is shitty is the cheap ass PVC MI used, I'm gonna replace it with Schedule 80. Shouldn't happen again. With all this rain I was wondering why just that area was a swamp.
