The guy benching held 315 for nearly 60 seconds, after doing a chest workout earlier today. Youtube may be deleting this at some point due to the music, but until then... Thanks man, we shot it 1 time, that was the most impressive thing to me. We tried getting more people to come in for the shoot as I had a ton of ideas, we just lacked the bodies to get it all. It's been great for marketing on facebook though haha.
