MrMeanGreen
Yes, we just bought a G8 GT recently. However, an opportunity presented itself as a "barn find" and the price was insane, so we ended up purchasing a 2004 Cadillac CTS-V from an older lady that thought it needed an engine. It needed a radiator Shitty pic: http://i.cubeupload.com/qWvqt6.jpg Tina will daily it for the summer then we may flip it as they still go in the teens for resale value. 94k miles on it, planned mods for the time being is skip-shift eliminator and the BMR anti-wheel hop kit. STEVE-O
if it needs a rear diff bushing the rental tool is pretty well, me and clay both did ours in his garage on the floor without any issues and saved a bunch of money

blue98ls1
Damn! Me rikey! WHEEL CLEANER!!!!!! It needs more than wheel cleaner. Almost 2 years of dust and spiderwebs on it. I got to drive it a mile earlier. It's much quicker than I expected. It felt pretty good. Needed a battery and radiator which were done this evening. So far no leaks.
zeitgeist57
Congratulations! The 5.7 Z06 engine is definitely a great screamer in the '04-'05's. And WELL DONE not finding a front license plate. I do love the front end of 1g CTS-V's and they are fucking. ruined. when a front plate is on them. POS VETT
Spend more and get OEM radiator or upgrade. The Spectra brand replacement lasts about a year. There is a trick getting the radiator out due to the limited space. If you needed center caps, let me know.

blue98ls1
I drove it home last night. Engine, transmission and all the big stuff are good. It has a weird issue with the stabilitrak though. At low speeds its fine, once you go over 45 it disables traction control/abs and says to service the stabilitrak. Guessing some kind of a sensor will need replaced. I am just happy it doesn't need an engine.
coltboostin
Nice. Loved mine. Intake, Muff Delete, and Tune- DONE. That's literally all it needs. Anything more and traction will constantly be an issue, then you will start breaking stuff in the rear.

MrMeanGreen
Tires are 245/45/18 and almost new. I think it has a bad speed sensor.
Not Brian
Yeah, something goofy going on behind one of the wheels. I'd just replace all of the entire hub assemblies.

Zx2guy19
This is one car I’ve always had a soft spot for and just never pulled the trigger on. I bet you got a wicked deal, very nice man! If you decide to flip it, I’d love to take a look.
