CRed05
2 other girls were arrested and their charges were not dropped They're regular employees, Stormy got off on a technicality. For a hot second I thought about going to Vanity for the lols but I figured that place would've been a madhouse. Who here is willing to admit they were there last night? One of you assholes were probably there already, business as usual, when all of a sudden shit got busy in there
Geeto67
Charges dropped... She also pledged her tips to the legal defense of the other two girls arrested. However, the DA is looking into the charges and it is likely they will be dropped as well. From what I can piece together, this arrest was far outside the pattern of other police work inside strip clubs - most of that undercover work requiring fewer officers and focusing on the "champagne room" areas of the club, and focusing on actual prostitution and drug charges. According to the Franklin County Sheriff's office this was actually the first time the law was enforced in Franklin County since it was enacted in 2007 (although it has been enforced in Toledo, Cincy, and Cleveland a few times). The law prevents patrons from touching dancers and regular dancers from touching non-family patrons. When it is enforced it seems the majority of the time it is against the dancer and not the patron. I still say Ohio is full of prudes, there isn't any reason for a law like this because it just allows LEOs to be hostile against legal sex workers. The NYTimes said it best - people want to consumer porn products but nobody wants to take measures to protect the workers in that industry. CRed05
Prostitution just needs to be legalized like in Aus, NZ and many other countries. It's cleaner and safer for everyone...and everyone gets a chance to get laid, like the disabled. Good fucking luck with that though, can't even show nipple in a strip club around here
CRed05
Supposedly the arresting Detective Steve Rosser had a bunch pro Trump posts on his FB before he deleted his account. He also has a history of entrapment. http://www.thisweeknews.com/article/20150624/NEWS/306249744 The Columbus City Council voted on Monday night to withdraw its objection to The Goat’s liquor-license renewal, after a judge said police had entrapped several of the bar’s employees and found them not guilty of serving alcohol to someone younger than 21. Judge David Tyack ruled that Columbus police detective Steve Rosser induced six of the Northeast Side bar’s employees to sell alcohol to an underage person who came in with him. greg1647545532
“The emails definitely show that the police lied about it being a prostitution and human trafficking mission,” the whistleblower said. I'm shocked! In unrelated news, anyone want to talk about The_Donald users brigading to get James Gunn fired from GotG3, and then Dan Harmon harassed, because they dare to speak out against Trump? Bunch of fucking snowflakes.

Bunch of fucking snowflakes. Check your sources please. This guy is a known nutjob. I am mostly anti-POTUS45 but the spread of this type of actual fake news to support the notion that CPD is "out to get" Stormy Daniels is counterproductive to investigating if there actually was some malfeasance, and is outright libelous if there wasn't. https://www.recordherald.com/news/20710/two-more-complaints-filed-against-myers TL;DR it's all bullshit until proven otherwise. Why do you think someone would go to the Fayette Advocate before the myriad other left-leaning publications in the area???

Good. The only downside is he continues to work for the CPD, hopefully for not much longer. Good for the prosecutors office for choosing not to enforce as a policy a poorly written prudish law that serves to punish those working in an already vulnerable field. Fuck the people who pushed it and passed it in the first place.
