Looking of sights and food. One night for sure we are looking for a more upscale dining experience for sure. We are staying a few blocks south of Philly City Hall but will have a car. Also that being considered any secrets or ideas for how to save on parking? From what I researched it appears there are garages with "in and out" privileges but the ones I found basically just charge you every time you enter. So not quite what I had in mind... Got rear-ended in my rental, then went to some restaurant where a crackhead was pulling half-smoked cigarettes out of the ashtray to sell so she could buy a cheeseburger. Wonderful place.
