Nothing is definite yet but it is looking like i will have the house in the next month or so. I would guess from the price of the house that I would charge around $300 plus utilities. The house is a 2 bedroom 1.5 bath with full basement(lots of workshop space) and attic(lots of storage). Now the down side, no garage, there is a shed with enough room for 1 bike but I plan on adding on to it or just building a bigger one. The house is on the west side of Cleveland around 105th and Lorain. My grandmother has lived in this house for 30 years and has not had a single problem. I know many of the neighbors and there really are not any problems on the street. Again nothing is definite yet so this is just a feeler.
