Because we're OHIO riders Porter look at the top of your screen !

:nono: You must've missed the RIDER's part! Nothing wrong with riding out of Ohio. Geesh, make a suggestion to make it a bit more ineresting and look what happens.... :D

I was just noticing that the route is close to KY, MI and IN, and already going through WV and PA, why not make it 5 states (other than Ohio)

He's kinda slow:D

Never claimed to be fast, other than once in a while with a reply.

Tom ,Thats too much freeway riding for a sportbike. Well for me anyway

Too much either way. Freeway bores people to death (I come close to sleeping while riding), and two-lane roads use up too much time.

An Iron Butt has to be done on freeways, anything more than about 18 hours on the road in a 24 hour day isn't going to happen for me. I did work up an 18 hour route, but it's almost all freeway and dead flat straight roads. Ride all night to get going...

We just need to invent the Sportbike Iron Half Butt - 500 miles.

The most I've ever done is 20 to 28 hours non-stop from Columbus to Miami or Naples or Orlando. And back. In a cheby van. Did that several times and don't want to any more.

Just a small suggestion, but why not swing up into MI, and over into IN and KY on the trip, just to say 5 states at the same time!

Swing up to Michigan and do what? Look at the corn? Michigan is flatter than a runway with nothing in sight. It's boring as shit. Trust me, I ride there half the year.
