jagr
What are your thoughts on them aside from price? http://www.spieglerusa.com/cfm/framesliders.cfm Edited May 3, 2010 by jagr
RSVDon
Dunno. I know when my bike went sliding at 40 mph that I lost just over an inch off the left frame slider. Those don't look like they have a whole lot of delrin to give away before you start grinding other things.Look cool though.
jagr
The ball thingy is aluminum with a delrin piece on top. They say this bike lowsided at 65mph. Not alot of damage.
RSVDon
A lowside at 65 mph and no dents in the exhaust and it still has turn signals? False advertising. The fact that the lower part is metal is better.

ReconRat
I got them on the second 919 I bought. Small, and the directional thingie is supposed to keep the bike from spinning if it goes down. No clue, dunno anyone with them that had to use them.

zerocrash
LSL's rock dude! I've had them on several of my previous bike including my 05 600RR when I lowsided about 50 mph. They held up and did their job perfectly. You get what you pay for.

MidgetTodd
I would wan them a bit longer to protect better and keep more of the bike off the ground and those are way pricey. But I've never tried them so thats an under educated opinion. Personally I'd go with the Trex Delrin sliders thats what I always use.
