chevysoldier
I have Verizon. The store I go to in Pickerington (256 and 70) does not post a no guns sign. I'm with you Kawi, I carry everywhere!

chevysoldier
Yeah I just heard the same thing. I do hope this doesn't change verizon's policy.

gen3flygirl
it almost looks like he needs to use the shotgun for a cane
snodgrass23
I'm not sure how this is a reason to carry. Are you planning on getting into a shoot out with a robber? Shoot him in the back when he's robbing the place? I've got nothing against it, just curious on the thought process.

What stands between you and his gun? You have no chance of defending yourself if you aren't carrying.Edit: You cannot use deadly force to shoot someone in the back or to protect property. Hell, who knows what he'd hit trying to shoot that thing with one hand.
chevysoldier
I wouldn't hold my rifle in a defensive posture until it was necessary to do so. And maybe this guy could have been easily disarmed. What about the next guy?
Uncle Punk
You cannot use deadly force to shoot someone in the back.Where did this rule come from? I don't think I have ever heard it before, could you explain it to me?
chevysoldier
Where did this rule come from? I don't think I have ever heard it before, could you explain it to me?Well you can but what do you think the police/jury will see?. He was running away meaning he wasn't a threat to you anymore. I guess it would be okay if you could prove he was going to shoot someone and you were behind him and fired. I do understand what you are saying. My point is it had better be clear that you were protecting a life when you shot him in the back.

The rules for deadly force do NOT exclude shooting someone in the back.

Uncle Punk
Looking back at it maybe it was a little harsh but you are a big boy. I just wanted to make sure that there were no wife's tales being stated as fact, it confuses people.

hue jass
It's not a real shotgun, it's a toy. Even if it was a Featherlite he couldn't wave it around and stop it like it was made of balsa wood. Even if he is 300 pounds.
