It says it was prefabbed, so yes, we could build a prefabbed building on a predetermined plot of land with permits ready in 15 days.

But the big question is; was it properly anchored. It wouldn't be the first time that China has attempted to build a high-rise complex on top of easily shifting soil with no sunken concrete supports.

Thats crazy, the building looks still intact but just completely fell off it's base.... like there was nothing tying the building down.

They were building an underground parking garage on one side and dumping the dirt on the other. Ii then rained and made the ground very unstable and you see what happened.

Only if you bribe the inspectors at least 15 times...

Here's one of the "build fast" Chinese construction jobs.

13 stories, and it fell over...

but they were soooo close. surely, they have learned their lesson and will get to at least 14 stories before it inevitably collapses.
