Need help finding low cost reair in columbus

I have a 2003 zx12r that i need to get a tune up and pc3 adjusted,oil change,chain lubed and adjusted.i also need to get it raised back up to stock height.i have called 3 of the major shops in columbus and both are talking in the range of $300-$400! I am trying to pay half so if anyone knows of a shop or just a honest guy working at home that can have me get this done please holla back. Thanks in advance.

Id do it for 200. What are looking for as far as messing w/ your pc3. And also what all are you wanting done as far as a tune up?
