Forrest, 31, was pronounced dead at the scene. The driver of the car, Katie M. Willis, 20, was transported to Berger Hospital.The extent of her injuries was not released.Investigators were working to determine the cause of the crash.Deputies did not say whether Forrest was wearing a helmet.
