Its the time of year where my work is slowing down and i have free time. Also time when alot of people are taking on bike projects. Ive been welding for couple years now, have done work or CR and OR members. With that being said, if anyone is taking on a project and needs help with the welding pm me for help. Can be bike related or non bike projects.

I was thinking about a stainless manifold for the zx10r so was bornsinner. If you think you might want to try making a couple of these let us know.

I would love to try it, although i dont have axcess to a pipe bender.

If there is a "kit" that just needs welded then id be down. Stainless is my forte.

I have always wanted an outside pull up bar I can cement into the ground.

Can you give me a guesstimate on price.

You decide on materials. Anyway to knurl the bar?

Stainless bar if its outside.

Could use steel but rust would be a concern

You can cut knurling with a lathe.

powder coated rack with a stainless bar would be my reccomondation

Knutling not really necessary. I'd prolly just tape it and use gloves.

Stainless is prolly going to be cost prohibitive. I could spray steel with engine paint and bake it witha heat gun/torch.
