Wheel / Tire removal and balancing (Columbus)

I need someone local (Columbus) to removal my tires from their wheels and put them back on and balance them without charging me an arm and a leg. Any reccamendations? Also local... A powder coater. I would prefer it to be a guy and not a shop.
