When I broke my phone I bought one of the prepaid phones at Walmart and just threw my SIM card in it. I spent like $60 on a fake Blackberry (Pantech 7050) that is just a regular phone and love it. You can find cheaper ones too- just make sure it takes a SIM and it will work on your plan.

It is a prepaid tracfone my son's dad bought him about 5 years ago but it is locked. Sorry I didn't realize this until I charged it. You can pick up a cheap AT&T gophone at walmart for 20 bucks. http://www.walmart.com/ip/AT-T-GoPhone-Samsung-A157-Black/20742370. Get one of those and put your SIM in it.
