Wage: $13.00 starting with potential of quarterly bonus (performance and rating based)

OVERVIEW OF POSITION

We are currently looking for Statement and Invoicing Processors for our Columbus Center of Excellence.

Process statements and remit collected funds to clients through agreed upon method as well as invoice clients for commissions earned, record invoices in accounting software, and provide necessary supporting detail. Processors are required to be accurate and work in an error-free environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The key responsibilities for these positions are as follows:

n Generate & analyze client activity statements and invoices from various collections systems

n Generate supporting client reports as required / follow client specific deadlines

n Package statement and invoices / payment / necessary reports for mailing

n Resolve client issues expediently and escalate when necessary

n Submit remittance requests to appropriate parties for processing

n Document department standard operating procedures

n Other tasks and projects as necessary / assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

n Computer skills and software proficiency: MS Office: Excel, Word, Access

n Strong time management skills and ability to work independently & in a team environment

n Strong data entry skills and ability to work in a fast changing environment

n Strong problem solving skills

n Strong attention to detail

n Flexible schedule when required

n Excellent verbal and written communication skills

n Prior experience in accounting, specifically invoicing or accounts receivable preferred
