Joining to meet up with some other local guys.. Ive always enjoyed checking out other cars, Fast, slow, doesnt matter. Im a new owner of a 06 jeep SRT8. All stock. (For now) I previously owned a 04 dodge ram. 5.7L, quad cab 4x4. Ran high 14's in the 1/4. Had custom grind cam, 6.1 push rods and valve springs. Long tube headers, no cats, true 3" dual exhaust with dual cutouts. Detroit locker in the rear. Lowered 2/4, with powder coated 20's. But it got 8.6 MPG, and after having so much stuff done to it. I was tired of it, NEeded something new. So I bought my jeep, something smaller, faster, and a little better on gas. I also own a 2007 king quad 700 4x4.. Go to perry county and wayne national a hand ful of times a year. I know some of you already, but hopefully ill meet up in person.3 points

Here is the 89 Camaro I owned for 5 years or so. I got it pretty cheap and needed to do some repairs and clean it up quite a bit. Got it junior year in high school through college and sold it after I moved to Ohio... http://i682.photobucket.com/albums/vv185/coldsoda/My_Car_JPEG.jpg I had a handful of bikes in AZ too, here is a few of them: 87 FZX700 fazer (great bike!) Owned for about 5 years. http://i682.photobucket.com/albums/vv185/coldsoda/fazer.jpg 83 v65 Honda Magna (didnt have this too long) http://i682.photobucket.com/albums/vv185/coldsoda/1983Magna001.jpg FZ1, fun to ride. I liked sound this one had with the micron pipe. http://i682.photobucket.com/albums/vv185/coldsoda/FZ1001.jpg ZRX1100, this bike had the best sound ever, kerker slip on ftw! http://i682.photobucket.com/albums/vv185/coldsoda/100_0635-1.jpg I have had only one bike here in Ohio, an 01 fz1: http://i682.photobucket.com/albums/vv185/coldsoda/01fz1blue-1.jpg As for my current car, I bought my Subaru WRX senior year in college after saving for quite a while. Here is a picture when I bought it completely stock with 55,000mi. http://i682.photobucket.com/albums/vv185/coldsoda/Subaru006.jpg I still have it now and have no intention of selling it any time soon. I really enjoy driving it and have had a decent amount of work done to it. Upgraded to a vf34 and supporting mods with some other things as well. Here is a recent picture of it as it sits now: http://i682.photobucket.com/albums/vv185/coldsoda/DSC00221.jpg http://i682.photobucket.com/albums/vv185/coldsoda/DSC00225.jpg2 points

Can we have a LOL thread where you just post pics and not get in trouble. No sexual ones but some might be alittle risky. No n word stuff either. I got so many funny pics I am uploading right now. It could be a epic thread. You could just post funny pics as you find them.1 point

Cleaned up the MS3 and the Fusion this week too. I'm really liking the color of the Ford. The Metallic flake really pops when it's cleaned up. Fusion: Washed Clayed Lightly polished with white foam pad Two coats of Zaino MS3 was in great shape as I didn't drive it at all in the winter. Washed Two coats of Zaino No fancy pics or anything as I'm just too damn tired! http://www.pbase.com/timothylauro/image/135151757/original.jpg1 point

Pryor is a cocky arogant sexiest peice of shit and deserves everything that comes his way. I have driven him more than a few times and he is one of the worst human beings I have ever encountered in my entire life. He can get gang raped in jail and I would laugh.1 point

+1 for having a truck as a first car. I wish I would've had a truck when I was 16. Would've been way cooler than the '89 Chevy Celebrity I had1 point

Pimps and whores! Pimps and whores! Seriously, I like the idea of a truck as your first car. Mine was a 1985 Cutlass Ciera Cruiser, station wagon. Loved that thing. Bitches in the back where a def plus.1 point

Autotrader.com and also Cars.com is excellent search engines. Im currently looking for another Mustang which is going to be my 6banger DD car. 94 to 98 bodystyle is referred to as the S195 cars, dunno much about the 6 bangers except whats already been referred too up above. If you can find a 94 GT, they still had the 5.0 V8 engine so that could be very easily and cheap to mod/have fun with considering the massive aftermarket support for the Fox body 5.0. 99 to 04 are referred to as New Edge cars, the v6's were a 3.8 from 99 to 03 and mid year in 04 they changed to a 3.9 engine. Not a big difference, the 01 to 04 have a few quality issues ironed out that the 99 and 00's had. If looking at the 99 and 00 models, check the drivers manifold, they had a fairly good issue with water constantly leaking on them and causing potential warpage. Far as insurance, call around, and find what you can afford BEFORE you get your heart set on a car. I've been looking for about 2 months for the 01 to 04 V6 Mustang that's going to replace my F150 but I am also extremely specific in my criteria of what I want. Any questions or anything, sure lots of guys on here can help. I've owned a 99 Mustang Gt in the past and my current firebreather is a 06 GT so I've been around em them a while and know a decent bit.1 point

I left my house around 10pm and headed over to the intersection of route 3, I see a motorcycle pass me headed south on route 3 towards Westerville, I then let a line of cars pass me headed north towards Sunbury before I turned onto 3. I pulled out and headed south, and as I got towards Plumb Rd. I see pieces of broken plastic and metal, and then see the bike and a man laying down in the street not moving, I pulled over and put on my emergency lights, and start honking and waving at oncoming traffic to stop, while dialing 911. I got the operator and she advised me it had been called in and the ambulance was on the way. I didn't see what happened, but there was one or possibly two other cars pulled over on the opposite side of the street. By the time I got off the phone with 911, several people were out and around the man, talking to him and waiting for the ambulance. As I saw the lights of the ambulance, I pulled onto 3 and drove away. I sincerely hope this man is ok, and I hope it's not anyone on here. Be careful out there people.1 point

You can't get one to "get over" a passed pet. The pain will pass then you will be ready to give another animal a good life. I would like to believe the other pets I've had would want me to pay it forward to another pet. You know give another pet love equal to the love my other pets have given to me.1 point

Any year. You're the one considering spending 4 grand on one of the worst mustangs ever. My mustang when I was 18 with liability and comprehensive listed as a leisure vehicle was $26 a month. My 96 z28 was $23 a month, and my 98 z28 is $130 a month full coverage. If you ever think of buying a v6 version for gas economy, you should be shot. The v6 cars are slow and have terrible economy in comparison with the v8 cars with more power. My ls1 gets 28 mpg highway and 17-22 in the city mixed driving, of course you hammer down and the gauge will drop at a decent rate.1 point

94-98 V6 mustangs had a 140 hp 3.8L V6 that had head gasket issues the 99-04's had a 3.8/3.9 that made some thing like 18x something horse and like 195 for the 3.9. a buddy of mine had an 04 with the "performance" pack which meant like dual exaust and better gears from the factory, but it was still slower than my 3.8 firebird with 3.08 gears.1 point

Haha! I looked at, and the price is great; although it has 168,xxx miles on it.1 point

Bitches love trucks and you'll always be popular going camping with friends and shit. We used to get wasted while riding around in the bed of my dude's truck while heading up to alum creek. 4x4 snow donuts are fun as fuck too1 point

No disrespect to active duty military and military veterans, but Memorial day is set aside to remember those who have DIED defending our country. Those who are still living are honored on Veteran's day. I think it's appropriate to acknowledge the service of those who defend our country a lot more often than twice a year, but it doesn't have to be a holiday for that. I'm always appreciative of our servicemen and women, and I tell them so when I encounter them. My old company was based in Atlanta, so every time I went through that damn airport, I shook more hands than a presidential candidate, but I'd like to think they appreciated the gesture.1 point

Some of you may know, that my attention to detail is a little crazy and excessive sometimes, and most dont know that when my attention to detail gets out of control, the amount of labor i put into it gets out of hand aswell. And many have probably seen that ill polish anything. So, first my tranny, I plugged all the holes and what not and sand blasted it with kind of blasting media, aluminum carbide if im not mistaken. It looks good now. Yadda yadda its obviously been sand blasted and we have been talking about what to paint it, like just an aluminum color or black, gray idk. But Im afraid of that chipping off and what not. I also want to make it different from what anyone has, so if its stolen its gonna be a bitch selling a hand polished motor. So I was thinking of hand polishing the block, would this be possible considering it is a cast block? #2, I dont want to sand blast the motor, for concern of metal pieces getting everywhere. Is it true I can use baking soda, it will blast the block on contact then be disintegrated? And if some backing soda gets in the motor it should not hurt correct?-1 points
