I've been getting super frustrated lately with the people who are stopped at red lights and texting down low so nobody can see them, then the light turns green, and they keep sitting there. I have to beep at someone at least once every two or three days. At least when texting and driving wasn't illegal, they texted above the steering wheel and could see the light change colors

That's the funny thing with priorities... everyone's are different. It just so happens that by using statistical methods and cost/benefit analysis, it becomes a lot less subjective as to where the priorities should be regardless of who agrees with them.

There is a limit to how strong you can make your mailbox. I forge the actual law cite but it states that if a mailbox is designed to be no stronger than a 4x4 post then it is assumed to be safe for cars. Reading between the lines, if your mailbox is significantly stronger then you may be liable for injuries suffered when a car loses control and hits your mailbox. I have a 4x4 post set in concrete but the base is loose enough on the concrete that I can pull the post out and replace it if it gets broken. Snow plows, usually. I've had mine fixed more than once based upon me proving the township's plow broke it. If this current post has to be replaced then the next 4x4 I use will rise up above the height of a normal mailbox and the mailbox will be mounted to the side - mailbox baseball will be impossible.

There aren't too many roads I haven't been on in Ohio, unless by "ours" you mean you have your own. Even the best roads here are a pimple on the ass of 50 through the Monongahela, or 219, or 311, or 16 through Hawk's Nest....unless you think sweepers and the occasional blip of twisties is awesome. The only way you can qualify Ohio roads as great, is if you compare them to other roads in Ohio...or Iowa, or northern Indiana.

RVT, you said it better than I could have. You do get perk with it, but you also give up a ton of things most people take for granted everyday. Military life is rough and stressful. Mine wasn't a 9-5 job by any stretch. In my section, I was always the first in and last to leave. Got called in in the middle of the night for stuff often. Soldiers got in trouble or in an accident, I was there for them. I made sure my troops ate and showered before I did, sometimes that meant I went without. That's just stateside. Deployment was a whole other story. But to think its just a job is naive and foolish. (Well maybe the AF is, lol)

2006 grand prix GXP won't run!! I have fuel pressure! It just won't fire when cranking! My fiance was driving it and it just cut off on her. I was told it should be the crankshaft sensor. Any other suggestions?? I bought The car may 20th. Since then ive replaced the alternator, tensioner pulley assembly, serpentine belt. The a/c went out last weekend and now this. The 30 days is today pretty much. I owe 8000 on this lemon. I love it but what's next? The car has already cost me about 1000$ before making my first payment
