North Georgia mountain kicks the shit outta the Gap area for riding. If I lived in that area, I'd never go to the Gap.2 points

Thanks guys. Leg humping, eh? I'm not too worried. I was the only girl in my auto tech class at Eastland. I took a lot of shit; gave even more back. Guys can't hump a swift knee to the groin. ;-)2 points

Let's see here.... Huge bouquet of flowers sticking up out of the saddlebag of my old 1100 shadow, 30 pack of beer on the rear luggage rack of my 750, 24 pack of beer on the tank of my xj, ooh, the top portion of a moonshine stil on the 750.....that's about it. I plan on piling camping stuff into and onto the bandit this year, I'll post pics for sure.1 point

I can give you some really good WV routes that lean toward the super twisty. Can't help you with the touristy stuff though. I do most my sight seeing approaching triple digits1 point

a lot of those "most miserable" lists consider weather and pro sports team success, as well as the strength of the economy. I generally like Ohio. I am sick of winter, but I think it helps me appreciate summer, or even days like today where it was freezing yesterday, and it's 50 and sunny outside.1 point

You're right. Free market democracies suck. Their only positive trait is that they work better than anything else that's ever been tried.1 point

if my race starts are any indication, i can see why drag racing is a challenge. a different kind of challenge, but difficult nonetheless. that said, it still takes WAY MORE FUCKING BALLS to road race, so suck it you straight line bitchcakes. just because you're a bitchy little bitchcakes doesn't mean you take your eyes off your goals of balancing clutch, gas, and timing for an orgasm inducing .25 miles. because for those 10 seconds or less (or more), you're free.1 point

Excellent question. Shouldn't Obama do something about all those rich oil guys keeping the poor down with high gas prices?1 point
-
Its not the rich that are getting soaked, its the middle class. BTW, why aren't the libtards all screaming about gas prices? Five years of $3+ per gallon. When they went up for a month or so under Bush, the Lefties were up in arms.1 point

Sam how many harley guys really race you? How many times has one tried to pass you or pulled up and said " let's race" - I bet less than a few. Unless there is a huge Harley drag racing scene in Massillon. Most guys just know better and don't even look your way.1 point

The headline was supposed to read " Most Miserable Stats", so Ohio is in the lead with the crappy sports teams, Cavs, Browns, Indians1 point

That is assuming they put the motor in a platform like the FJ1300. I would more expect it would be closer to an FZ-09 with fairing and bags. Most of the rest of the world does not necessarily associate a touring bike with an 800+ pound couch on wheels. Given that mid range touring bikes like the Vstrom, NC700 and BMW F800 are selling pretty well this make sense. Ofcourse we know nothing about the bike yet so its hard to say. Craig1 point

Pokey, there is an old French proverb that escapes me at the moment, but it basically says "the sun can shine on everyone" I think the Indians will take a bite out of HDs market share, but HD has a ton of it, it might sting a little, but that is about it. We love HDs too. Competition is good. I would say that Victory has pushed HD to make some pretty big changes in the last 10 years. In my opinion, even if you do not like Victory and are a faithful HD rider, you have benefited from Victory's success in the heavyweight touring/cruiser market. I expect the same will happen with Indian. Competition is great for the rider.1 point
