My issue with Columbus is it feels like one giant suburb. It doesn't feel like a city. I don't hate it, but don't really care if I go there.1 point

I think they left a ton of better choices off, but here are a few ones worth visiting; Ye Olde Mill in Utica, OH, home of Velvet Icecream. Trust me, well worth the quick trip out there for some fresh icecream. Malabar Farm in Mansfield, OH, home of Louis Bromfield, famous writer. More just because it's a cool place to take kids and just hike, be outside, and around nature. Small working farm there, and they have a great maple syrup festival. Obviously there are more, but those are 2 that I would put over things like Donatos and Skyline.1 point

It wouldn't affect me if you married a one-legged-aids-monkey, but I'd be happy to tell you what I thought about it.1 point

I do want to make it up some weekend this year for an overnighter and just to be a good little pit beetch as a lot of the guys racing now helped me out over ther years when they woulds tay to watch on Sundays. Plus I'd just hangout in the showers all evening Saturday and wait for the huge gangbang in Marty's new rig. I mean, um..... yeah, actually that's exactly what I meant.1 point

Cleveland's like your best friend's aging sister. She was hot back in the day, and you totally would've hit it. But the years have been rough, and you always kinda wondered if there was some incest going on there.1 point

I think in this case it's more along the lines of, "your piece of shit is the worst". I just love seeing Bad get his panties in a twist.1 point

So true! Now that the weather is turning nice, taking the laptop and phone out to the patio to work for a few hours is really going to blow. I love working from home.1 point

Welcome! GSXr's are great bikes! I love seeing old well maintained/restored bikes on the road. I've gone a million mph down 77. Just not in traffic and not in city limits. I don't weave traffic and don't really care about stunts. I can corner decent but still have a strip of tire that I need to aquire the guts and skill to get down to. I always wear my gear. Even if I'm just riding down the street to the GetGo. This a great bunch here! They have a lot of knowledge and the few I have met so far can really ride! Don't be afraid to ask questions! You will always get a legit question answered here. They might give you some crap and take some shots but it's all in good fun. Know your limits! Take your time and learn at your own pace! Listen to people here and learn from their mistakes and experience.1 point

Cleveland's sports teams hate it so much there they move.1 point

I moved from NE Ohio to Cbus three years ago and I can honestly say I that I like NEO a lot more. There's way less traffic up north, and just as much to do. Aside from OSU games, there's not much you can do in Cbus that you can't do in NEO. Plus Cleveland has 3 professional sports teams and Cbus has none - sorry hockey and soccer don't count I won't argue the population figures and economic figures cuz numbers don't lie and Cbus is faring better than Cleveland, but from a livability standpoint, NEO has a lot going for it, which is why I'm moving back. This is all just my opinion and doesn't really mean much but just thought I'd throw it out there since I've lived in both places.1 point

Yeah the morning rush hour traffic to work sucks. I mean, it's a long hallway between my bedroom and office, and the dogs always seem to block it up. Takes like 10 seconds on a good day, but can be up to a minute or two if I have to pee.1 point

I don't doubt Gavin's boss-ness (), but unless I'm mistaken, you haven't seen Jeff, Kent, and Devon ride yet. Plus there was some talk of Jared and maybe Garrett racing stock XR this year too. All of those guys (and probably Biggie/Turnone when he's healthy) are capable of low :56's, if not high :55's. I'll be duly impressed if Gavin can put some passes on them. The kid is 11 or 12! He's an awesome rider, but he still has room to improve! This thread is getting twisted into me "criticizing" Gavin, and/or claiming I know everything there is to know about riding, and that's not the case at all. I can't say enough good things about Gavin, and I freely and completely admit he beat me almost every race last year - but I don't think he's reached his full potential yet either. I consider that a compliment, not a criticism.1 point

Yamaha sent me these http://www.amazon.com/Yamaha-EPH-50BL-Headphones-Discontinued-Manufacturer/dp/B003CP0KEQ For test riding the FZ-09 and Bolt at Iron Pony awhile back. They are pretty awesome. Sound quality is great. Wish it had a inline volume/mic but for free, can't complain. They are shaped to fit flat in your ear and works well with my tighter helmet.1 point
