I live in jackson county in southeast Ohio. I just started riding in May and was lurking on here a bit before I decided to join. I ride a Suzuki GZ250 for now and am enjoying the beautiful places these hills contain around here. Glad to be a part of this community.

If you go back and counter.....don't change the closing costs, give them that. counter on the selling price. They don't have the cash for closing costs is my bet.

I ride RT 480 everyday to and from work 8 out of every 10 drivers are on their phone. Fines should be the same as a DUI. More people are killed every year because of cellphone use than drunk drivers.
