  1. ^I think ms weighed the likelihood of osu coming out ahead in overtime as "very likely".

  2. Borrow my truck if you don't get your leak fixed in time. Hate to see you miss out on a weekend at Barber because of that. Sure, you won't be able to set the cruise at 75 and relax, but it'll get you there!

  3. With Andy posting the videos from the fall trip it's got me preplanning this trip. Myself and Justin will be doing a Ozark trip the weekend before we get to Fontana. Will be plotting that out maybe this weekend if any one is interested in that let me know I put you in the loop. How ever keep in mind we will be doing a lot of slab on the way out and the mileage for the week will be insane. So please no touring noobs or anyone that 's not used to long days in the saddle. Plan as of now are to leave Friday afternoon after work and slab to maybe Louisville then slab to the Ozarks the next day. Day 2 and 3 spent in the Ozarks headed towards Louisiana. Day 4 do the entire Natchez Trace Parkway to Nashville. Day 5 make our way to Fontana avoiding as much freeway as possible. That just a general Idea of what we want to do.

  4. Well I hit a milestone this week. I'm down a few more pounds and technology not obese any more, I'm just overweight.(by these charts that "experts" made up). Going by those "experts" I need to be at 205 lbs to be at optimal weight so I'll never see that. Not because I don't think I can, just because I don't really want to. 220 is my goal, so anything under that I'll be happy as a clam. Btw, my starting weight was 298 back in February.

  5. I won't lie, I was having fantasies about passing them on the outside in a sharp corner, knee down and finger up. then I snapped back to reality, where I've never gotten a knee down even on the track. whump whump

  9. IWI Jericho in .45ACP. The preferred sidearm for Israeli officers. Have shot with just about every type of .45, and this one feels like a 9mm as far as recoil goes. Also makes a decent carry. ....and in the immortal words of one nut on another forum "It's been tried on Palestinians daily"

  10. I finally made it out to Ray's for the first time last night, what a blast! Sure is a nice option to riding the trainer, will probably be getting a Dirt Jumper for there. Videos on youtube can make the place look tough to ride, but most areas you can roll over the jumps if not ready for them. That was what I did at first, by the end of the night I was getting a little air on them and now I'm hooked! Eddy's does a ride Tues nights 7-10 where $20 gets you in and a rental bike. Come have some fun!

  11. Since .45 is more than just ACP........here is a counter view. Go for a wheel gun in .45 Colt. Ruger offers the RedHawks in 45ACP/45 Colt convertible, Blackhawks as well. S&W offers wheel guns in 45 Colt. 45 Colt can range from mild "cowboy" loads to some serious heavy hunting loads. Just make sure you have a wheel gun made for the heavy loads. IME 45 Colt is an accurate hard hitting round even with factory loads. If you have a convertible like the RedHawks, you can shoot 2 different calibers. Try it, you may be surprised......

  15. Well I am 2 weeks in of exercise. This is my 2nd week of meal prep. I am consuming about 1500 calories per day average and have been doing 30 minutes of cardio 5 days a week. Weighed myself Sunday, down another 6 pounds to 266.

  16. I scored a gen 2 Sub-2000 from Field and Stream a few weeks ago for $499 minus some scorecard money I had built up. They had a dozen but all went real fast, so I'd say keep stopping in if you're near one. 100 rounds through it the other day and no problems whatsoever. Packs up into a compact Camelback-sized backpack, even with a few extra 33 rd mags. [emoji51][emoji16][emoji1303]

  19. Maybe not scientifically but I swear it works for me. Not going to argue the point, maybe its mental or a psychological thing but from past routines I swear I lost more where I was exerting it. So for now ill live in the bliss of ignorance ...LOL And it definitely muscle just hope I didn't pull or strain it. Ill take a couple days off of that area and see how it feels.

  20. Okay this may seem like a dumb question but honestly I don't know. I am totally on a weight loss Journey right now not looking to bulk up any quite yet. But I've been doing some targeting of area muscles around the fattiest parts of my body for example my stomach and chest to lean out that area. Been doing a lot of crunches and sit-ups also using some free weights and working on the areas around my chest. Not so much my chest but my stomach muscles are sore as fuck. Been doing 3 or 4 sets of 20 crunches or sit ups on a inclined bench every other day for a little over a week. Is the muscle soreness a good thing to keep pushing or should I give it a few days to recover before I continue to do more. Just don't want to do too much too hard and be counterproductive just looking to burn fat not build bulk.

  21. Well, had a little set back and gained bout 6 lbs over 2 weekends with the Gap tip and a weekend with the wife. But I have rebounded from that and back to 249. I want to drop the next 9 lbs before Thanksgiving and 19 lbs by Jan. 7th. That might be a tall order with the holidays but I'm always up for a challenge. Brought the recumbent bike out of the bedroom and stuck it right in front of my recliner in the living room, plus I'm on 12 hour shifts at work probe for the next month that should help too. BTW, my wife is down 90 lbs., she lost 45 pre surgery between Feb and Aug, and has lost 45lbs post surgery since the end of Aug. She's doing real well with it, but her body is still adjusting to the change. She has no regrets on doing it and looks fucking wonderful.

  26. That's awesome man!!!! My wife is creeping up on the 80l lose mark and I know she will more that excited when she gets to the 100 lb. bench mark. Between the two of us we have lost the weight of our oldest 17 yr old child. When we both loose 20 more we want to make up some before and after pictures its going to be so drastic.

  27. Well I did it, got that 250lb monkey off my back. Lost 7 pounds this last week doing what I said I was going to do. Think I will stick with it through this week to make sure it stays locked in and take a couple more lbs off and hit the 50 lbs lost since February bench mark. Then it will be back to the regularly scheduled program. Here we go again....
