The trick is to keep the system wet, as in do not introduce air. Remove the old fluid from the reservoir and top with fresh. Use vacuums to pull fluid through system until clean comes out. You will need to continually add fluid as the level lowers. 2 people make this much easier. Removing all fluid before adding new and introducing air makes no sense to me.

Death sentence is usually for 1st degree murder of one or more people by whatever means. Do you think the murdered victim(s) didn't suffer and take a few minutes to die? Just checked out the IMS web site and seen tickets are $16, parking is $10 ( they are even charging for MC parking now) and it will be $25 worth of gas to run up there. Everyone already knows I'm cheap skate, but is it really worth almost $70 fo rme and the Mrs.to go up there and walk around a already over crowded place and not really see much that interest us.

A better analogy would be the world series. Where the winner is determined by winning 4 games (states/electoral college) rather than the total number of runs (votes) over 7 games. that happened once back in the 60's I think. The losing team scored far more runs than the winning team.

Another double round of cardio tonight. Was feeling really pumped to push it hard tonight. Day one of protein shake meal replacement went off with out a hiccup. 10 days till vacation, will be extremely hard on myself till then.

Did 2 rounds of cardio yesterday and did a upper body work out. Weighed in this morning and shed little over half of the holiday gain. Ill probably wipe out the rest in the next couple of days.

Did another pig out on leftovers last night . This mornings weigh in of the damage for the weekend was up 3.5 lbs so I'm back to 240. Got some work to do the next couple weeks.

So I've had a lazy couple of days and ate a few things I shouldn't have. Climbed on the scale this morning and I'm down 2 lbs to 237. Wtf? But I'll take it.
