  1. 300 zoomy miles on the Hyper. I am going to get in serious trouble on that bike. It invites irresponsible behavior and then rewards the shit out of it.

  2. I go to maybe one QS&L bike night a year. And that one time a year serves as a reminder as to...Why I don't go to bike nights. Love looking at the bikes but I usually leave pissed off at all the drinking and riding and the persona that it's better to "look bad ass" than have any kind of common sense on a motorcycle when it comes to equipment and gear.

  6. Actual performance data isn't out yet, but just because it has more HP doesn't mean it's faster. And there's no way the ford will beat the corvette on the track. Take the 2019 Porsche 911 for example. It's a 370 HP engine that runs 0-60 in 4 seconds. Then the 2020 GT500 with 760 HP runs 0-60 in "mid 3 second range" because they haven't disclosed the exact number. That's not a big difference considering it's less than half the horsepower. I'm willing to bet in a comparison of 0-100-0 times, the Porsche 911 would destroy the GT500. Corvette is similarly lighter weight and much more stable. Or course the aftermarket for an LS2 is already crazy populated. So to increase the HP on the Corvette wouldn't be hard at all. I'm a "ford guy" myself, but given the choice I'd take the new Corvette over the GT500. But I'd also take the Ford GT over the Corvette.

  9. I think those are old liquor bottles but I'm not sure if gas in a top shelf Bombay Sapphire bottle costs more... We only had 2 dinners in Cambodia but the best was a fish curry with a coconut milk sauce with rice at a cool little neighborhood restaurant owned by a French expat and his Khmer wife. She cooked and served and he walked around barefoot serving drinks and talking to customers. We did take a photo of a German sausage and convinced friends that we were eating cobra!

  10. Damn! Sounds like this old retired guy is gonna have to start a bidding war to supplement my "fixed" income. Guy that hunts my place gives me free tomatoes during the summer. Sounds like I can do better. 'Course, he usually goes thru several bottles of my Crown during the hunting season to warm up after he sits in the blind for a few hours....am I losing money on this proposition? LOL
