  1. So, not sure of my weight.... But.... I turned a year older last week. The next day I PR'd my deadlift by 50lbs hitting 275. Then, I PR'd my Snatch! So, what I am doing is working.

  9. Tiagra crankset installed. Just needs a slightly longer stem to be really comfortable. I am a little cramped in the hoods. Overall... I really like this bike. The Mavics really livened it up. I need to put more seat time in on this beauty.

  12. I was as high as 235, and have modified my diet to lower carbs, and increased fiber and protein; salads and portion control. That brought me down 30-ish pounds over the past 4 months. Have started going to the gym again, and over the last 5 weeks haven't changed weight, but can feel a real difference in my energy levels. Started a new routine this week, and plan to run it for the next 4 months: Monday - weight lifting - Upper Body + ab workout Tuesday - Hatha Yoga - tried it on a lark, but the way the instructor runs the class, it's a real ass kicker Wednesday - Cardio + ab workout - starting with 10-min cardio, and adding 2 min each week to reach 30 min Thursday - Hatha Yoga Friday - weight lifting - Lower Body +ab workout Saturday - Hatha Yoga Sunday - Cardio + ab workout My goal is to not have to buy any larger clothes, and get my overall fitness back to where I was in my late 20's to early 30's....

  13. Back on that train again. Jumped to 258 over the last year. Started this weekend. Goals are 229 by December 13th that's 5 lbs from my lightest.

  14. The more I slept on the Yamaha, the less in love with the idea I was. I already have a very nice touring bike. I needed to replace the FZ6 with something more suited for hooliganism. The Hyper was priced right, so I took it for a spin. I decided I had to have it. So.. no, it is not a Yamaha.

  15. 300 zoomy miles on the Hyper. I am going to get in serious trouble on that bike. It invites irresponsible behavior and then rewards the shit out of it.

  16. I think those are old liquor bottles but I'm not sure if gas in a top shelf Bombay Sapphire bottle costs more... We only had 2 dinners in Cambodia but the best was a fish curry with a coconut milk sauce with rice at a cool little neighborhood restaurant owned by a French expat and his Khmer wife. She cooked and served and he walked around barefoot serving drinks and talking to customers. We did take a photo of a German sausage and convinced friends that we were eating cobra!
