  1. So after 54k miles and 40 states, I parted ways with my beloved FJR yesterday. I went an entire day without a motorcycle until I rode home my new 2018 Goldwing. Never in my dreams would I had thought a Goldwing be this much fun to ride, but I love it. Plus, I got the bike for a smokin deal so that helps too!

  2. I agree, but it was tit for tat. He refused to shake her hand at the beginning when she offered it. They all suck.

  7. The big difference for me is out of the box comfort. The FJR takes some accessories and custom seat to get real all day comfort. The wing is head and shoulders above the FJR on two-up riding, which was the main reason for buying it. I feel like I can wheel the wing just as quick as the FJR once I get some more miles logged.

  8. I'm not a big fan of Trump, but watching Pelosi rip up those speeches was truly shocking--and somehow embarrassing.

  9. The Monongahela NF and the G.W./Jefferson NF areas of WV have some GREAT Big Bike ADV off road-ish style routes that have easy exit access to Hotel/Food/Beer/Shower/Rest/Beer. Also great asphalt twisties.

  10. I rather enjoy the gap areas atmosphere especially the last couple times I've gone down and stayed at the resort/campgrounds right at the dragon. Last fall I went down by myself and camped in my little tent and enjoyed the fidey races and camp fire at night with a lot of like minded folks. Get up in the morning listening to sights and sounds of bikes and riders. Head to the grill fro a hot breakfast till the morning dew lifts and temps come up. Kinda relaxes me just thinking about it. Meet a few new friends every time i do that. Take a couple days to get there(twisties), couple nights at the dragon campground then a couple days ride home (twisties)sounds like the perfect extended weekend to me.
