Hello all. I have lived in columbus for about 5 years now. Moved here for college. I have a 2000 Mustang GT. I just signed up for track day at NTR.

First time I saw that commercial I was extecting him to shout out "Can You Dig It?" If you want a good chuckle, read the fine print at the bottom of the screen. It basicly says "If you mod your car like this, you can go pound sand on any warranty work."

I was referred to here by one of the local guys.... My name is Josh, and I'm from Wheeling, WV I drive a 2000 Ford Focus w/ nothing really done to it, no point when it's the smallest motor Ford makes for the Foci. I am in the process of setting it up for sound comps. I guess I am another noob on Cr here. I joined because another menber here showed me a link to an outing at Dragway 42. Since that is one of my hometown area tracks, I thought I would look into it. I am always looking for organized drag race events like this. Too bad not more people go through the trouble to set up an event like this, and I have to give props to the people who set this stuff up. I have been into racing somethig since the early 80's and plan on racing untill the day I die. I have owned all sorts of cars over the years. Right now, aside from daily drivers, I have a 1987 toyota turbo supra, a 1989 toyota supra turbo, a Big Block Impala, a 66 chevy PU, and a 1996 S-2 Buell. Hope to meet some of you at a dragrace sometime. hi everyone i have been wanting to get into cars for 2 years now and i think its finally time. ever since i got my license a whole 2 years ago...(only 18 i know...) i've wanted to have a fast(er) car. i did not trust myself at first to have a faster car so i decided to wait until my second car. well its to that point where i finally want to get a new car and start getting into it. im not sure if you have to have a fast car to be part of these forums...or if you can just be an enthusiast like me. you may like me or you may not but thanks for at least reading my introduction and hopefully i can sell my car soon enough to get into this scene! thanks, Josh

ive been working at it about 1 year, and went from 212 to about 181 today. eat more food (than you are now), but eat 5-6 meals a day. it boosts your metabolism, and your body isn't storing food, because it knows it will be getting more in a couple hours. cut sodium, drastically. it makes you retain water. keep off sweets. i really havent changed a lot of my diet. i dont drink pop any more, but really, i stopped drinking 2-3 cans/bottles a day in high school, so that wasnt much of a change. i try to chose something with chicken/turkey in it over burgers now. my dad is/was a big guy like you. he's probably 6'2 and if i had to guess, was around 340lbs. he got on this "body for life" program, stayed on it for about 6 months, and dropped like 75lbs. it will give you a test to figure out what kind of body type you are, and give you an eating plan to show you what foods will be best for you. for my g/f, she did it, and red meats kill her, so it has her on fish, chicken, turkey, etc, fresh greens, fruits/vegies (a lot...theres still a few that arent great for her), etc. she did it for the 6 weeks like it suggests, and dropped about 28lbs. she has kept it off...she wants to lose more, but she's too lazy to get back on the diet and stick to it. i was shocked how much it helped my dad though, because he's been big ever since i can remember

The apartment is Essington village. Its off Tamarack Circle which is in the square that 161, morse, karl, and cleveland make. Im not an idiot or a dumb ass. I just made some mistakes which are very hard to recover from, especially combined with the fact that the cash flow is low right now (although the hunt for a better job is looking promising), and sometimes unfortunately Im forced to do things to get by or things out of my control happen and im set back further. And this was more of a gag post then anything who knows though...

My Saturn was impounded by my apartment complex while I was gone awhile ago. I want it back but dont want to and shouldnt have to pay since they shouldnt have towed it in the first place. They been harassing me about expired tags so I have been switching them around my various cars. Well they caught on and threatened to tow it. SO my friend lent me a tag, well he took it back one day without me knowing and go figure they towed it the same fucking day. Now it has been quite awhile so the car may be gone and Im sure the bill is ridiculous. SO how can I get it back? I dont mind lying, deceiving, being shady, or anything along those lines. I just want my car back and will do what i need (aside from paying) to get it. Ideas? Have the hookup? Im open.
