Fast street legal race cars and hot rods have been a passion of mine for many years. I love the sleeper scene and I really appreciate a good sucker punch type car. I used to do a ton of street car racing during my younger years especially with a 1985 Corvette which ran 11's, it looked entirely stock and was a total surprise for that time because back then most people thought you couldn't make a computer controlled car fly. I have a fairly big garage with hot rod muscle car projects and projects but most people know me for my 1982 S-10. I drive it to the track, it has a pump gas powered 406 and runs 9's and lays down high 1.20 sixty foot times. I have a garage full of projects that I have in various stages...C4 Corvette with a 406 and nitrous, Malibu with a decent big block engine, nitrous and a Lenco CS1, a small tired Camaro Z and a fairly stock Plymouth Scamp with a 318. I took a short break from hot rodding during the economic downturn to refocus on my business and am excited to get my hot rod wheels turning again. No offense, but it's easy to Monday morning quarterback this situation and talk about what could have or should have been done. I don't blame anyone for being scared and fleeing, especially not when they're suffering the effects of tear gas and still hearing a loud movie soundtrack that also contains gun fire. The whole scene had to be dark, chaotic, and very confusing.

Today I went out to check on her and she was leaning against the fence with blood running out of her mouth, and the flies would not leave her alone. You're right - I've been confused by the terms "Type A, B and C Family day care home" and the exemption for "People who live at the day care home". I thought that meant facilities where adults reside are being cared for, but apparently they are all classifications of child day care.

I agree with Kawi, its certainly not a situation to play hero. Upon reading the article I, my first response was if only someone would have been carrying. After I pondered it for a bit, to take a shot in a dark movie theater while suffering exposure to tear gas( those whom have never been exposed can say what they want). I personally don't feel I would have been able to even take a shot out of fear of getting an innocent by stander.

So now that everything was all done I needed to start it. It was the middle of the day on day 2 with no sleep and I was already frustrated due to this bad bitch taking more money out of my wallet than a stripper at Kahoots on a sat night. I was ready to turn the key. It was hot and I was so excited I busted out my camera, Brian my buddy was there who helped with the wiring said what are you doing. I said,Mother fucker Im about to fire this up on my first try like a fucking boss I know I am. He told me no way chief, no one does that its bad luck. I agreed and I set the camera down still recording:fa: I jump in I turn the the key as if I was chuck foose and low and behold the mother fucker doesnt start.......................... FML... I sat my head on the steering wheel and asked my self if I was so retarded or just tired that I hooked up a wire wrong. We tried several more times. Nothing it didnt fire or have spark. We went over every thing every connection and did it a third time. Nothing Brian left so he could sleep and get up for work and come back tomorrow. I git out of the car and shook his hand told him no big deal its all good. What did I do I went back to the basics. Read the entire manual and saw I did not have one of the suggested grounds hooked up, the required was battery to chassis, battery to engine, chassis to engine ecu to chassis. I did not have the chassis to engine attached I forgot. I went to auto-zone grabbed some terminals and made one. Also saw my crank sensor was not completely bolted down all the way. Ill never forget what comes next. I posted one day on here a couple years ago how I put my own trans in my vw on jack stands and anyone who has done one like i did would know its nearly impossible with out two sets of hands. well I did it and it was a man moment. Here is another man moment of my life. Its 3:58am I set the car on the ground cleaned up the shop told myself if it starts Im sleeping in that driver seat like Dale Earnhart prolly did cause he was such a badass or Im going home and posting on facebook Im such a failure to E cry. Cleaned up the shop put all my tools away and gave myself one more kick in the ass to get in there and prolly get my dreams crushed cause I fucked up the wiring. I got in the car told my great aunt to pull a favor from god that this thing starts and I turn the key like it was made out of diamonds. As I was turning the key all I could think about was doing a huge smokey burnout in the barn like a true redneck and then proceed to jegs to grab a foot print gas pedal and drive off into the sunset.... The key hit the acc and everything turned on like it should. Fire works started going off in my head money started falling from the sky and I thought for sure it would fire over. It hit the start position cranked over and nothing......... FUCK I screamed. But I could smell burnt gas maybe it was just being stubborn?.. So I said fuck it one more time. I cranked it like I did not care cause it was not gonna start. Son of a bitch! She fucking cranked over and ran for 5 seconds like it should since VATS was still on the ECU. Now what I told you may have been stretched but being up for 3 days and on the 3rd at 3:58am your first car you ever built that is def what happened in my head. I leaned the seat back pinched myself to make sure I still wasnt dreaming started it a couple more times to make sure it was real and I fell asleep in my car for about an hour until my buddy eric asked if I was ok. I woke up left went to jegs grabbed some more random stuff and headed into work. Also I forgot to mention one crazy thing, right now my buddy Jon is backed up and cant get me in the shop for a couple weeks to get the exhaust done, so I put some down turns on my stock 3.5 inch collectors and that is how I will drive it to South Carolina with hearing protection the entire way there and back until he can get my exhaust made. No. This is baiting. The police should arrest these pests. Im all for standing up for your rights, but these people take it too far. Just as easily, that cop could claim he was interested in purchasing the airsoft guns. Im versed in guns and if i was driving by and saw 5 AK/AR style guns hanging from these cockroaches garage door, id be a little worried too. I would bet you all the money to my name that you wouldn't be able to tell the diff between a real AR and a high quality airsoft AR until you held it.
