  1. If they had any balls they would be wearing Confederate Flag uniforms. Of course if they had any balls they would be playing in the men's championship and getting their asses handed to them.

  2. He should find a local dealer with a HOG group, and go hang with them at one of their meetings. Many of those peeps are lifelong Harley folks, they will school him on the in's and out's.

  5. the Can Am Commanders and Mavericks have an issue with over heating when the radiator gets packed with mud or dirt, every time i have taken the thing out for a weekend ride by the end of the trip my machine would over heat from all the mud packed in the radiator. this has been driving me crazy since i got it. I will constantly be watching the temp gauge, and fearing it will over heat and go into limp mode at a bad spot. this happened once climbing a hill to get out of the bottoms of a trail. only way out. it kicked into limp mode right near the top, thankfully i was carrying enough speed to clear the hill. so my options were order a $750 aftermarket radiator or spend $450 on a Radiator relocation kit. well i was gonna order the radiator relocation kit, but the company never picked the phone up, or returned my calls after a week of trying. so i just built my own bracket for the radiator, powder coated it, got it mounted and hung, and went and got all the other materials, radiator hose, clamps, miscellaneous hardware and such to do everything myself. still have to make a grille and shrouds yet, but i ran out of time and didn't have the materials on hand to do it anyway. but ill complete that before i take it out for a good thrashing. tested it out around my property and it works pretty damn good. and in the winter i can reverse the polarity of the fan and push the hot air into the seating area to keep me warm. im also gonna build and install a fan override switch so i can run the fan constantly in hotter weather.

  9. England beat Germany drawing a dirty foul. The offender had the defender around the waist and by the wrist then started to spin her. The defender put her free arm out which grabbed around the offender in the box who then fell down and got a PK called. Men's and Women's are both soccer frustratingly dirty to watch yet with a high risk of real head injury. If your team ends up with possession nothing gets called to preserve your "advantage". Women's soccer maybe looks cleaner because they're more likely to suck it up rather than retaliate to initiating fouls missed by the refs.

  12. This is all I could think about when I heard that the US had made a giant robot and was going to fight Japan's giant robot. Maybe one or two people will get this. It's Maxter Gundam from G-Gundam...because... Gundam fights!!! http://static1.wikia.nocookie.net/__cb20131121232639/gundam/images/b/b5/Maxter.jpg

  14. I saw that. Pack stadiums and they will be paid accordingly. That's how it works in free countries.

  17. For years I have been riding with ear buds and music playing it drowns out the wind and exhausts noise and helps me to hear horns and sirens better. I have talked to my son who is a LEO and several of his friends they all told me that they would not even say anything about a rider wearing ear plugs unless the rider was being an asshat. According to the American Disabilities Act no one can be denied a drivers license because they are deaf. So if you are deaf is it illegal to wear ear plugs? New Vehicles are pretty much sound proof anymore most people have their radio on and are talking on their phones and cannot hear anything outside of the car anyway. So what is the point of the Ear plug law? It is just one of those laws that they use to stop you. Any good rider is going to know what is going on around them for at least 100 yards in any direction at all times anyway. If I am riding more than a few miles I always use hearing protection.

  19. Our new twins arrived Tuesday at 2:27 an 2:28 pm and are healthy and loving life already! Wife is good, had an epideral(sp) this time instead of a spinal and well, they forgot to give her the last 1/3(5ml) of medicine due to some OR issues and us getting bumped 3 times before actually going in to deliver. Let's just say when they put her back together, it wasn't good. But on a high note, her recovery has been MUCH better this time, and we actually left the hospital 1 day early due to being put next to some nutcases who were having domestics in their suite and child services there multiple times a day, everyday. Healthy environment for a newborn and for other new mothers. But our 2 year old is taking a liking to them, he is acting out a little more, or that could just be our exhaustion, but overall we are very happy with how they are health wise and how our 2 year old is handling it. Some big changes as this is his last week at a sitter and then it's just home with mom and dad for a while until I figure out my next move. Our babysitter told us she is moving to Cleveland and this Friday is her last day after 1.5 years and childcare is too expensive for us to make sense of it around us so we are planning some career changes it appears. I think I've already made some decisions for the best for our family, not necessarily myself, but the family. After all they come first.

  20. The ownership cost of the New duc's is greatly reduced to be competitive. The intervals are now at 18,000 miles. The panigales no longer have belts, they're chain motors, so that's even less maintenance cost. The 899 is quite a bit more motorcycle than a 675. The ergo's are similar. They're both very narrow bikes, but I believe the pani is a bit slimmer. In all honesty, I don't think you could wrong with either. See if a dealer will allow you to test ride both. There's a few dealers around Columbus that sell both. I'm not sure what triumph offers as warranty, but ducati's warranty is 2 years.
