Our 27-year old nephew (Erik Haslem) was in a motorcycle accident in Denver a few weeks ago and unfortunately passed away from his injuries. His funeral was in Mason on Friday. As the funeral procession went over the highway overpass on the way to the cemetery, a rider was parked on the side of the bridge. Helmet off, his head bowed. It was a solemn, respectful, and very touching moment. I'd like to thank that anonymous rider and those who organized it. It was noticed, and meant a lot to the friends and family.

Possibly. I fly home on the red eye tonight. I will be too tired to ride on Sunday, but I might be up for a spirited shake down ride with you, Doc. Keep me posted.

I joined a gym to increase my workout days to 4 a week when I can. I also started tracking my calories on my fitbit, amazing how many calories are on some foods Started at 238 down to 230
