When i was in high school, I attended a court session full of people with speeding tickets etc. I remember the one guy asked the judge really nicely and pointed out this was his first offense, and the judge said 'ok'... so the guy just had to pay the fine and didn't get any points.

I thought ricepaddy had a website you could request parts on and they would get back to you phone tag style.

it would appear that way. lol. Word must just correct it for you. I wrote 'suprise' and i got the squiggles, had a flashback from 3rd grade spelling lesson, then though 'why is there an extra 'r' in this word, *sigh* .... i'm tired.

its weird, but this doesn't surprise me. on a side note, I just learned the correct spelling for the word surprise.... wtf, 2 r's???

Feels good to be confident on the bike. I know what you mean though. I have been VERY easy on my bike since i've been riding in questionable conditions (cold roads, possibly salt, etc) so its always nice to get back into it and be ok with it. congrats on remembering

They're the ones that told me i can't break my lease.... or rather if i do, i could end up owing her the rest of my rental agreement monies...

Her mail is delivered to a PO Box.... but yes, everything is being written and mailed certified from now on, no matter how minimal the problem is. so here's the problem, she apparently could take up to 48 hours to get it turned back on and if she does it within the allotted time frame, i can't do shit.

Its official, lawyer says i cannot break my lease bc in order to break a lease, you have to have this very specific sequence happen: 1. something breaks 2. you notify landlord that thing is broken and give them a certain amount of time (depending on what is broken) to fix it - IN WRITING 3. landlord does not fix it in said amount of time short of her saying that she's cool with me breaking my lease, i can't do anything and since she is officially ignoring me, I dont see that happening. :( any suggestions?
