In addition to the SF stuff (china town, coit tower, bridges, peir 39, aquarium, some fort & park, golden gate park, science academy, history museum & lookout, cliff house, bum watching, cruise in the bay, shopping, riding the trolleys, etc) I ended up driving down rt. 1 to monterey and carmel and then driving to garrapata state park and hiking, then driving to yosemite to hike three of the waterfalls trails and mirror lake trail in yosemite valley.

aparently i can keep myself entertained by looking out the window of the hotel, i was checking out the scenary and noticed two bums having sex Anyway, looks like the weather is going to be bad to the south, so i was thinking more north... probably check out Muir woods, but is there anything else??

I was planning on hiking Half Dome and Cloud's Rest in Yosemite tomorrow thru tuesday, but now there's a LOT of snow in the forcast and I don't have the gear for that type of hiking. Anybody have any suggestions for things to do in the northern CA region? I was considering driving to southern CA, but it looks like they're gonna be having really bad winds and strong rains. :-/ Thanks!

hi. so... a cow on the highway that magically appeared from the city... I bet someone got it when it was a baby cow then it got big and they decided they couldn't take care of it anymore, so they released it into the sewer and it got loose...

that's really interesting. I have a friend that lived close by and chernobyl happened when he was 2. it's interesting to hear what he has to say about it.
