  1. Norton is awful. In my experience, removing Norton is worse than removing half the viruses I've ever gotten. I'm running with literally no protection right now and doing just fine. No viruses, a year and a half and counting.
  2. lol fine, i'll go check it out tomorrow. anyone care to help me out with cleaning a carbueretor or 4?
  3. Caught one in Cortland about a week or two ago, low miles, cheap. Missed out. Caught one yesterday, sixty miles closer, two hundred cheaper, with 17000 less miles and a year newer. i'm so screwed
  4. boooooooooooo yeah all kidding aside I figured you'd been busy. gimme a call at some point, gotta get some info from you. thanks!
  5. where the fuck have you been, zack we miss you on nn
  6. BRAAP BUUBUBUURAAAPP BRAPBPRRAPAPPRAPBRAPPBRUPUPBRAAAP there that's better
  7. GodDAMN! Nice rebuild! Seems like a paltry compliment after such an incredibly detailed journey you just took me on, but that's good, good work, sir. Looks phenomenal.
  8. http://youngstown.craigslist.org/mcy/1679625872.html I've had a fascination with the RF 900 for some time... no particular reason. Anyone feel up to taking a cruise by this bro's house and seeing what kind of condition the bike is in? I don't have time for a three-hour turnaround cruise for "tire-kicking" this week, unfortunately, nor would I know enough to spot a bent frame, torqued handlebars, etc. PM me if you think you'd like to help me out a bit. Thanks.
  9. fuuuuuuuuck heal up soon, man, and take that dumbass cager for everything they're worth in the civil suit.
  10. love the chorus on that song
  11. MUCH cleaner. looked horridly cheap before.
  12. in for strapping an NSR50 motor to the rear wheels with a direct line and putting in a five-point harness with methanol injection and a higher-capacity compressor on the water tank.
  13. Well, here's my take on it. Don't ever go without airbags. ever. If you were thinking about selling it, I'd hope you'd at least be honest with those folks and TELL THEM that the airbags have already deployed and don't work. That's asking for trouble, for you and for them. Second... why would you need a $15000 car AND a bike? You're what, 21? Waste of money at your age, especially considering how much money you throw into modifying your vehicles. Dump the car you have and get something cheap to insure until the accident comes off your record (and to give you a bit of time to mature as a driver) and then get something nice when you hop off the parental teat. That's my advice.
  14. willoughby is nice and you have close access to rt 2 to get into cleveland. same with solon and some parts of Mafiald Hei-- I mean, mayfield heights. Lakewood has some pretty decent spots too, and property is cheap out that way.
  15. 100% literally the junk Just pulled the waistband of my wind pants away and let the hot air go to work all down the front of my legs and thighs (It was a one-person bathroom with the door locked, lest you think I'm some sort of weirdo ). I actually credit the counter girl for saving my life that night. I figure I was deeply hypothermic, because I didn't FEEL cold until I warmed up. She got me coffee and let me stay in there for like half an hour in the middle of the night. I actually stopped on the way home and bought the windbreaker pants, and thank god that I did. I had been planning on staying in Kent, but my dude's whore ex-girlfriend (current gf at the time) insisted that I go.
  16. OK. Let me call my guy tomorrow and see what I can come up with. I'll be as quick as prudence allows.
  17. I'm sorry, man, I've been all over the damned place lately... Yes, I will give you a call for sure, PM me your number so I can check it out. Being 6'3" and north of healthy weight I need to see if I fit on it comfortably, you know?
  18. I may be interested, considering what may or may not be wrong with my Suzuki. If you can hold it for me for about a week or so, until I get mine into the shop and figure out what's wrong with it, I'll give you a ring.
  19. Yeah, I did Kent to Willoughby at like 3:00 AM in 44 degree weather once, no fairing, no windshield, jeans and a pair of windbreaker pants. I had to stop at a gas station in Mayfield Heights to use the hand-dryer in the bathroom to defrost my junk. Something about that low-40s temperature is just satanically cold.
  20. Suzuki 805cc V-twin. What is a reasonable price to expect for a head gasket replacement on this engine, assuming it's just the gasket and not a messed-up block?
  21. Wooooow, 200 ft/lbs of torque Runs like a raped ape.
