  1. Old news kids, been in the works for years, so you might want to look at Dubya for this one. Almost like saying Strickland is responsible for losing 400,000 jobs. It is the CAT tax that your old buddy Bob Taft signed in that is running business out of the state.

  2. Trying to sell this for a family friend whose husband passed away suddenly about 6 months ago. Has 9514 miles on it. Power everything but the seats. It has always been in the garage, and knowing the owner, it has never been over 40MPH. Has a 5.3 V8, 4X4. Not a mark on it. Book on it is $23K She will probably take $19,500. Clean title in the owners hand.

  3. It all depends on how good they can lie.

One of the reasons Republicans did so well yesterday is because they were able to convince voters that President Obama increased both taxes and the deficit, and the President is a Democrat, so we should vote for Republicans - despite the fact that, thus far, President Obama has not raised taxes and has decreased the deficit. But if you say it loud enough and long enough (and maybe stomp on the heads of a few people who try to call you out on it), people will start to believe you.

And the fact that most Americans sit on their fat asses watch TV and are unable to pick up a newspaper and read unbiased FACTS, and are unable to form their own opinions.

  4. I don't think it matters who we all WANT the governor to be, because by choosing either party, one or the other is going to affect the livelihood of a large slice of the population here. I certainly hope that Kasich does not push the issue of right to work. Those of us that work in union jobs will see everything that we worked for flushed down the toilet as far as wages go. I also hope that no one here works in a state government office, because the guy that won the auditors job is all about cutting wages and benefits of government office workers so that they are equal to the public sector. (Columbus Dispatch). Hello Minimum wage !!!!

  5. I hate to break it to you but that is NOT a 1991 Chevy truck. With that body style it would have to be a 1973 to 1987.

    You're right, it's a GMC

The 1 ton single rear wheel trucks were carried over for a few years....yes, it is a 1991.

    Check the VIN 1GTHV33N3MF702572

  8. What is this you speak of because I'm usually a jackass and take my SCBA off during overhaul and end up with that soot in my head. Never heard of it before.

    No SCBA,Yea I know....

Thats what I am sayin.....that nice black soot snot

  9. Neti pot = instant headache gone. it is amazing the amount of snot that you have in your head. I use it to clean out after nasty fires. #2 best thing is sudafed OM nasal spray. More portable than the neti pot, works instantly

  10. Pizza places have no business making wings in a pizza oven. Wings are to be made one way.......deep fried, and dunked in sauce. Any other way is just worthless. Park Circle Cafe....Cambridge, OH

  11. On top of that, my neighbor who had never ridden in his life, went and bought a Sporty a few years ago, refused to wear a helmet even during his permit year because "the girls couldn't see him". Needless to say, I refuse to ride with him, because 1, he rides like an ass, and 2, I dont want to witness the process of death.

  12. Being in public safety, I have seen my share of fatalities either way. Sometimes a seatbelt, or a helmet is not going to make a difference. For the most part, helmets and seat belts will save your life. I am guilty too of not wearing a brain bucket on short trips, but have been more conscious about it recently. I agree that there should be a law for helmets, but going the other direction, and abolishing the seat belt law is not the answer. Proven fact that since the seat belt law came into effect, highway deaths have gone down. It would be a shame to die from a head injury sustained from a fall from your bike at low speed, that would have been othewrwise prevented by wearing a helmet.

  13. Been there several times, ate at high end places, and dumps. I go to play and drink, a lot. MGM is not too far south, I have been a fixture there for years until Monte Carlo started offering me free suites and free meals. MGM has a lot of nice clubs, Tabu and Studio 54 in particular. Higher end food in the resort, but there are some good cheap places too. The pool at MGM is one of the new hot spots...wet republic. Rehab as said before is cool, but a pricey ticket for a guy. As for any of the clubs in Vegas, they will let the ladies in for free, but almost every one charges for guys to get in. Do not buy the club passes from the guys on the street. If you look around in the respective casinos, the same passes will be laying around in stacks for free. Those people go in and steal stacks and sell them to unsuspecting Vegas noobs as VIP passes. Diablos cantina in front of Monte Carlo is a good spot for happy hour. Ellis Island is a great place to eat, and cheap. Double Down saloon is a good dive. All depends on what you want to do when you get there. PM me if you need info, I have not paid for a room in the last 8-9 years.
