Just what it says, Comes with everything that was in the box, including the box. Updated to 2010 maps about 3 months ago. Map update was $70. Got a new one...of course bigger and better.

Not on the flash topic, but I got the chance to use a friends 100-400 f/4 canon lens to shoot my daughters gymnastics meet last weekend. Never figured I would put my hands on a big white lens. It took some awesome shots, not qute fast enough, but took great pics. I have the 55-250 IS lens, and it takes great pics also. I would like to get a 70-200 f/2.8 if she stays with the gymnastics and soccer, but the glass is high, so I may have to settle for Sigma or Tamron.

Been hard at it too. Working with a personal trainer outside of my running. I havent lost a ton of weight....12#, but my core strength and balance is a lot better. Last week I ran my best 1.5 mile @ 13:12, and my best 5K at 28:35. Looking forward to getting outside and hitting the asphalt.
