  1. For some reason people still think used handguns are worth MSRP, and until that passes you may as well buy new. It wasn't that long ago that used glocks were selling for maybe half of new out the door prices. Looks like a nice gun you picked up there. Think you could resize the pics though?
  2. It was deleted, along with about a dozen other off topic or otherwise rule breaking posts. This shit is why this section went the better part of a year with replies totally disabled.
  3. For what it's worth, I really hope the current administration can channel their inner JFK and pull off a miracle of diplomacy, although my expectations are pretty damn negative. Welcome to Cold War part 2: The Reckoning.
  4. Obama's Cuban missile crises. The events over the next few days and weeks will go into the history books, for better or for worse.
  5. I sold a car that I had a loan on before. I didn't scam the guy. That being said, the buyer made a huge deal out of it and it was a humongous pain in the dick. The seller is better off finding a way to use a credit card to pay off the loan in order to get the title, then selling it. That's what I did with the last car I sold, just to prevent this headache.
  6. It's already an 18.5" barrel. Taking it down more than a half inch lands you in Short Barrel Shotgun land.
  7. Agreed, I think I'd take any scion over those options.
  8. Was it Busty's in Turtle Point?

  10. Pretty sure they already are, just not in any official capacity. http://apnews.myway.com/article/20140227/DAC7P0LG0.html
  11. Connecticut is threatening to go that route.
  12. You know you love living in that free college dorm room. Do you still have the other bedroom all to yourself, or did you finally get a bunkmate?
  13. Fire can do amazing things Edit - Every country needs to have their own citizen's right to own and bear arms.
  14. I for one welcome my future Google overlords when they blanket the country in fiber optics. That article makes it sound like the easy solution would be to not allow backbones to also be an isp.
  15. Unless the phone is capable of gsm and cdma, which is very unlikely, you won't be able to bring your old phone along.

Cocaine. Otherwise, doesn't exist or else everyone would be doing it, and everyone would be skinny. Closest you can get is probably going strictly vegan.
  17. It won't turn on. Tried a couple different sets of new batteries, no go. Do they really have a lifetime warranty? I tried looking it up on their website and got discouraged for some reason, I forget why.
  18. First reply, it's yours. Sunday kinda sucks for me, I'll be somewhat available from like 5-6pm, or after midnight. Through the week I'll be available every evening. And in regards to what you said, I do believe I had the cover off when I tried to start it up. That doesn't change the fact that it made a crackling noise before it started flashing yellow. May have just been a bad lamp, may have been something else, no clue.
  19. I have a Panasonic PT-52LCX66 tv that broke, and I want it out of the house. Newegg still has a description of it here: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16889187023 The problem is that it made some crackling noises, and then the replace lamp light started flashing. Ordered this replacement lamp: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B003QIVFC0/ref=oh_details_o06_s00_i00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 Put it in, hit the power button, made some crackling noises, and now instead of the replace lamp light flashing, the power light is flashing yellow 7 times. I don't know what that error code means. I had to have it repaired a couple years ago and I don't remember if that was the same error code as then or not. Anyway, it's free to a good home, although I would be happy to take a donation of a box of 9mm or .45 ammo. I'll help you carry it out and load it, as it is big and heavy, but I won't deliver it and I won't meet you anywhere. If you want it you are driving to Johnstown (PM me for address). I managed to fit it into the back seat of the Tundra extended cab truck that I used to have, but barely. It will not fit in a car, and I'm pretty sure it won't fit in a wagon, so try to bring a truck or SUV. It comes with the remote, but it was used as a chew toy by a dog I used to have so it no longer works. I've been using a Logitech Harmony without problem but that isn't included.
  20. I've come to realize Surefire's aren't all they are cracked up to be, considering I had one break on me just from sitting in my car. At least if a cheap light breaks you aren't out a ton of money.
  21. Got mine in the mail, thanks. Plugged it in, all looks good, the "replace battery" light did not come on so I'm sure there's still plenty of life left in the batteries. If I had the cash to spare I'd get the other one as well.
