Taurus in general has a poor track record. I wouldn't buy anything from them. The LCP is a direct clone of the Kel Tec P-3AT. I have one, it's not exactly fun to shoot and its not accurate very far out, but it serves its purpose. It's been reliable and the company stands behind their products. Plus its cheap, and parts are cheap. The grip on mine broke at the rear pin, but it still fired. Plus a new one, in a better color was only about $40 shipped. They probably would have replaced it for free had I asked. You also can't go wrong with modern S&W.

Trijicon makes stuff that works, works as advertised, stays accurate and can take a beating. A $35 one might last a couple range trips before breaking. Breaking could either be from recoil of the gun, or you smashing it in frustration for not being able to get accurate groups. Or you can't see the dot because it's too dim. Or the flip up caps don't stay down in place. Or it fell off. Or the glass is hazy. Etc.

In my area I appear to be limited to Time Warner Cable and CenturyLink DSL. I've been with TWC in the same house since I think 2007. When I first moved in my service was very hit or miss. Since then I've dumped cable tv and just have internet through them. It's gotten better. But without otherwise changing my package, my bill has been creeping up with no explanation. It's gone up about $15-$20 a month over the last couple years. My only other option is Century Link. Does anyone have any experience with them? Fastest they offer at my house is 10Mbps. I think I have 15Mbps with TWC but I don't think I'm getting those speeds, possibly from the ancient cable modem I still have from them. They offer up to 50Mbps in my area but I don't need that. So should I bail on TWC and just go to Centurylink? Try to see if TWC will cut my bill, then buy a new modem outright to get rid of the lease fee? I don't really have any other options.
