You could try changing the paper type properties. I'm assuming that you are trying to print the template from Word. Goto File>Print Should bring up a print window. There should be a properties button there. Click that. Click on the Printer / Quality Tab. change the "Type is" from Plain to cardstock or heavy.

Wow. Shouldn't he have gone for the guy with the camera (evidence) first? Or did he want to by caught on film for his douchebagery? I can see that it would be a traffic concern for the officer, but you tell one to move, you gotta tell em all. Maybe there was some secret government project in the truck.
