This post makes Bruce Jenner look not gay. Fucking quitting is for losers like me.

Got a Kershaw for 15 shipped. Flipper, all black. Figured it's a beater so why not. And yes, Prime rocks. They even deliver to me in 2 days, no 2 hour option, and I am in BFE now.

They are bad and kill people. They should be banned. Oh wait, not a single one of my AR's has ever hurt anyone. Actually they spend most of their lives sleeping in my safes. There are too many variables here. What will main purpose be? My big things I stay away from are anything non mil and carbon/composite. I only want me some cold metal. MP, Ruger, Rock, POF, a ton of others are all fine.

Happy Birthday dude! It's our twins birthdays too. Never knew they shared it with a ROCKSTAR!

If you go, I would LOVE to hear some feedback(not that I race anymore), but I watched WERA about this track hardcore because I have family in the area and wanted to ride it badly.

Thanks dude, text coming.

Sorry to ask but anyone have an enclosed trailer I could borrow Father's Day weekend? I tried to rent from Uhaul and it was a disaster last weekend, showed up to get the rental and was told it was in Grove City, NOT the facility I requested to rent from 10 minutes from me, but 30 more minutes away. Willing to pay $, beer, ammo, whatever. Just would prefer to give someone on OR something vs. that company. Just making a quick trip to Michigan to finish cleaning out the cottage and need something at least 6/5x10. I have tons of experience towing, if in doubt ask around. I tow a 36ft 5th wheel toy hauler all summer, and had an enclosed before(never should have sold that). I just don't need to take the toy hauler up there as it's way overkill. F250 diesel tow vehicle with brake controller. Located in Cbus for the most part, trying not to drive too far to grab it as I have to return it too lol Thanks

Valkyrie Defense Group Counter Ambush Concepts Training
madcat6183 replied to cbrbrent's topic in Dumpster
Bumping this. Just re-took the course yesterday and honestly, it's way better now. It was awesome when I took the first time but they really added some good stuff and I think taking it twice or more was helpful. I found I was much more able to get on target this time around than the first, until the last portion. Tired and missed more center mass shots than I would have liked. Was the new G19 which I really liked and they said some new sights would really help with it too. We had a GREAT group of people, we didn't BS or chit chat much during the course, just business, and honestly, that is how I like it. When I am shooting or training, or even in the gym, I hate to just shoot the breeze until the end. I want to focus and get as much out of everything as I can, and I did just that. I also shot the new Remington 9mm steel case in the brown box with black lettering. Stuff was awesome. 0 issues in over 400 rounds out of a brand new piece that I didn't clean nor had fired before. Very happy! I highly recommend getting with these guys for their July course if you can. -
I have even less need for a 10mm, other than to say I have a 10mm, and use it to extend my very small c*ck. It would really help with girth I think. BALLA!!!!

Exactly why I grabbed a 19. I have no need for it, well that's a stupid statement, but really don't. I don't carry it, I don't rock it out, just sits in my safe ready to go. But that is exactly why I got it. The most replacement parts out there, easy to find, cheap parts, etc. It is strictly a SHTF piece. 2 large cap mags, a few holster options, and that's it. Well threaded barrel in the safe too for a can down the road, but nothing fancy just a good pew. I still hate that I love it.

FWIW, to give you an idea how much laundry we do, we have twin 11 month olds and a 2.75 year old. We never have a night we aren't doing at least 1 load, usually 2. This is also well water and one of the main reasons we went Samsung Front load HE was the filter is right up front so easy to clean. Our dryer is a Whirlpool and honestly, it's super high tech and I am not impressed. We run the normal cycle as long as we can and it uses the "sensor" and the clothes always require at least 15 more minutes than the thing goes for. Annoying but we just accepted it. However our old dryer which I think was a Whirlpool was dope and things were dry in like 10 minutes lol.
-
Would definitely disagree here. Would say that's any maker out there, reviews are all over the place on all of them. Our samsungs and my parents run flawless.
-
Oh we don't own that anymore. Left it with the old house lol.
-
We had a Whirlpool Elite Top Load HE we actually sold after 2 months for a 250.00 loss. It sucked that bad. We now are back to HE Front loaders and love them. Had OLD whirlpool ones at the old house and now running Samsung which is what my parents have and we love them. Wait for a few more weeks, memorial day is coming bro. My parents got the SAME exact setup we got, Samsung HE front and HE dryer from H.D. for 1,000. We paid 1,200 not on sale. Not a huge savings, but still. Sales ads will probably be out this coming week for it I would think or shortly after. I bleached our old front seal at the old house twice in 1.5 years and never even took it off the washer to do it. was fine.

This. If you're only trying to add a few inches of new concrete that isn't part of the current slab, rebar will help but it will eventually chip away being so thin. Your best bet is to add 6inches or more onto a side and move the shed over some if the runner is on the outside. My dad's first shed was on runners, his most recent was not. FWIW the epoxy and rebar is a good idea regardless if you do any add on.

Gauging Interest FS: 6x10 enclosed trailer
madcat6183 replied to TwiztedRabbit's topic in Other Stuff
I've used this a few times and it's a good unit. Clean, inside is nicely setup. I may or may not have rubbed one out in the V nose section, but that's neither here nor there. Well it's there, not here. I keed. GLWS -
Honestly, this hadn't even crossed my mind. Well decision made here. We're going to talk to a local CU or Bank that does AG loans too. Maxpower, recommend doing the same. You probably qualify for Agriculture rates out there, which are always lower, especially on 2nds and HELOCS. If you find a builder can you send me their info? I still can't decide if I really like one over another of who I have talked to. At some point cost does play into it too.

See that's the thing we have to run by our guy because when we do the pole barn I think we'll be in the same boat, have about 1/2 to 2/3 cash IF we don't pay the cars off completely and only do 1. So should we invest it or should we just not do the HELOC. In your case, I would think if you have the Equity I would pull from that and invest at least some of the cash to see the return there. BUT a lot of people have different opinions on retirement age too. Amanda and I plan to retire by 60, hopefully 55. So we are trying to let our investments grow and put money in there and then pay less in interest on what we borrow than what we are making on those. Your last statement is where I am going there. It might be best to split the difference with your age and thinking of paying it off before retiring.

Home Equity Line of Credit , sorry

Yeah, no way we would put it on any attached debt, but more looking for any consolidation companies out there. She did once but I feel there has to be better options now. I have no idea as never personally looked into it, but hoping for some info.
-
I do have one question on this topic; Wife had to finance about 90% of her schooling, 7 years for her doctorate. With that said, we've paid a lot down, but still have some left, enough that I would like to look into consolidation. Anyone have recommendations? Thanks
-
Very true, but think Pole Barn. That will be the HELOC or a refinance in the next few months, we want to get the improvements done first though that we want inside the home. Updating countertops, bathroom remodels, then comes the refi and pole barn. We do well, but we definitely play the game. And house poor is just stupid, I have never understood it. Well house or car poor honestly. Or toys, shoot, the only way to be poor, is to truly be poor in my eyes.

The last paragraph here is key. We carry CCD debt because it's 0%, why wouldn't I? When we're making what we are on our investments there is no point to NOT use free money. Mower-0% 4 years, Home Depot 0% 6-12 mos, CCD's 0% for eternity if you play the game. Heck even looking into balance transfers usually can make sense. I earn WAY more on any real investment than the small fee I would pay to transfer a balance if it was needed. That is the 1 thing I hate about our cars though, not being new meant no 0%. Think the rates are both reasonable, but plan is to pay the truck off this summer a year early, then wife's car which is a lower % rate next summer 2 years early.

Yeah my Ruger 1911 has never been carried lol. Too Purdy.

Yeah, trust me, I am not a fanboy at all, BUT for some reason I love the feeling of the G19 now. I hate even saying that. My EDC has and will still be a Shield in the warmer months but I foresee myself going to the G19 over the 9C in the winters. But I also my have something new by then too lol.
