  1. I do like people that people at least know Rednecks are not always Hillbilly's and vise versa, I hate when everyone assumes one to be the other. I'm a redneck, not a hillbilly, I like redneck stuff, I do not like hillbilly stuff to an extent. Oh and wasn't this a grammer battle earlier, I mean WTF let's get back to that. Or something way more enjoyable than discussing topics like adults.
  2. No,, no, this means he is stalking you. Be careful he likes to sneak up with his wankey out and rub it up on people, really weird, but kinda fun.
  3. Dude that is baller status, wow.
  4. Dont act like you didn't enjoy being the rammed at Nelson last season and the season before. Just because you were replaced when you got your bump don't be all shady.
  5. Actually a good point comes from this. If we raise minimum wage, will it actually get any of the "lazy" people who do just sit at home and live off the system off their couches and job hunting? Not a chance, won't matter, there will always be leaches sucking the $ that others are paying for programs intended to do good, and just being abused. Not directed at IP, just making a general statement.
  6. Wait, isn't freedom of speech part of the constitution? Oh we don't really follow that anymore and haven't for a very long time, that's right.
  7. I blame Obama. Well I blame, Ohama, Bush 2, Clinton, Bush 1. In that order.
  8. ANd a powerwasher, that is the key after letting degreaser soak on there.
  9. Wait, what? You serious? We need to get like Ben and Sean and do a lunch gig some weekend after the holidays, 100% had no idea. Then hit the new shooting range over there and play with each other. I mean guns play with each others guns. I know Sean wants to shoot your/my shield, and I got a 1911 I want to play with.
  10. No comment about the last part But 100% right, Honda and Toyota are more American than the big 3 ever will be again. And this is coming from a diehard Ford owner, but yep, more components are made in the US for those 2 cars than the other 3 and it's not even close. Not just "assembly" but components.
  11. You were kidding about the lowering it, system, right? Flowmaster sure, you do the rest and go straight beener. Anyways, yeah dude I think your best bet is definitely keeping it.
  12. Honestly, if you feel you've done the preventative maintenence on your truck and just spent 3K on stuff, I'd keep it. It doesn't owe you anything, it's paid off, and 1 year newer truck isn't that big of a step. Miles are miles, it just depends on the maintenence that was done during the miles and if it "sat" which sounds like it did. IMHO, sounds like you would need to drop 500-1K in stuff pretty quick into that truck, then having also spent 12.5K looking at 13-15K for a truck that is only 1 year newer, to me that isn't really an upgrade. Sure miles are less, but I know of plenty of Chevy gassers with well over 200K, my friend traded his 1500 with like 180K in and got like 12K for it, about same year as yours, maybe 05. At the same time, maybe toss yours on Craigs and try to sell for 10K or something high, if you get closer to what the other one costs then cool, if not then keep it.
  13. Ugh, was hoping not to get into all of that in this thread but figured it would.
  14. Yahoo reporting he killed himself as an off duty sherrif/school resource officer was closing in. Our's were/are armed, I would assume same thing here. If so, sounds like he may have saved some serious carnige. Hope the random victim pulls through, really sucks he didn't just off himself solo. Big believer in armed resource officers in every school, preschool on. And yes, I know it costs $ and schools are hurting for that, but if it was proposed that tax dollars would be spent on something like that, I wonder if it would change any outcomes on school levy voters?
  15. PM Grape. or post and we will get him his cell.
  16. Thanks for clarifying that boss, still really interested in the outcome though, just for knowledge.
  17. Actually, never even heard of this but VERY interested. Wife rear ended someone while texting, yep she was. And did about 6500 worth of damage to her 2012 Escape, which we had barely owned 12 months, and would like to know where this goes. We had to change insurance companies after all of this anyways, but interested to see if we can lower her rate even more because of that. Thing is when we switched her license was clear, no points, if they run it again guessing it will have the points on it. Either way, keep us updated.
  18. F it, your option 1 is probably his only true option. After reading my post, you pointed out some key issues. The bank only cares about their $$, they don't care about the property, so they will put it on the auction block ASAP, then go after the rest of the estate for any remaining balance. His best bet, stop paying anything and just save it all unless he is planning to have some of her estate once it is settled in that case, keep paying and hope the bank breaks even. Also, there may be a clause that says he has X days to refinance to his name, if he can. He may want to talk to them about that if he plans to keep it, right now isn't the best time for banks to hold large rental properties, even in NY, NJ, CA, etc. So they may be willing to work with him.
  19. We just did a bunch of research on the RO too, wife wanted one now with the newborn, I said hold on and showed her research showing what you just said. We use a carbon filter only for plain water, but for his bottles it's straight tap water because it's actually beneficial to have some, again SOME of the minerals in tap water, even if city. Nice thing tho RO is cheap and easy to install.
  20. What about the loads of splurge you take on any given weekend from Jbot and the crew? How does that do with your sodium intake?
  21. Actually was just going to post this info, and Mayoclinic is pretty legit and unbias info. Reading it now though because now I am intrigued. Dangit, I should try to do at least an hour of work before I get on OR
  22. I would assume the salt absorbed by the body to be so miniscule you wouldn't tell a difference in any testing done. If my wife doesn't have an issue with it, it can't be that bad for you, or there isn't enough studies done to prove that it has any effect on sodium intake. And she is a nut about that specific topic being in the healthcare field. But I would assume you can read some stuff out there to see what people think about that too, just doubt it's a widely researched topic to get good info about.
