  1. Curious how long would it make the build if they aren't done by Putnam round? Going from actual drop off date, even if build wasn't supposed to start for a week or whatever.
  2. Probably some little kid they "borrowed" from the school playground with promises of candy and toys. Sickos.
  3. Chrome, can you PM me and clear your inbox? WAnted to get a radon system quote real fast just in case test comes back; Hey there, our house is in contract, 5 have sold in last 12 months and none with Radon issues or systems installed, however I wanted to ask about pricing on a radon system just in case. I honestly don't have the time to do anything myself and if test came back positive would want to get it remedied within a few days kind of thing to keep the sale moving forawrd. I am really hoping no issues, but never know. Anyway you might be able to send me an approximate quote? Sump is right next to a corner and window, along with power outlet, so both of these are right there if that helps. Basement is not deep, ground level is at my shoulders so the sump put is X feet plus 5 feet to hit ground, if that matters. Thanks! John 419-610-5 six six six
  4. I feel like between here and Wera you're posting about this you 100% have to be getting paid by OMRL or something. No really, I believe this.
  5. Cox, post up build dates on helmets so they know if they can "race" or just be used for track days Just a thought, guessing both are outside build dates but may not be. I know on MS I got that question a lot for racers for spares.
  6. This guy gets it. Easily adds 2-4 inches, ask me how i know. I had to race bikes, have a huge truck, just to get the girl. Well, okay maybe not, but everyone needs 2-4 more inches. Or wait, are you trying to be adult and civilized? F that, can't help you there.
  7. You're about to be a lawyer, and filthy rich right? Definitely go with something classy, 5 Series, Jag, AMG, maybe a Porsche. Obviously these are the correct answers, or a SCUBI, I mean who lives within their means anymore? Status is everything, at all cost. In reality think about reliability and safety in the long run assuming you're planning to keep making that commute, and have family in the car. I had to make the tough decision to sell the beaters when the wife got preggers, and knowing the little one wasn't far behind I would never let either of them in a "sh*tbox" because if something happened to save a few bucks in fuel, I couldn't live with myself. Plus my dog hated the beaters, which was really the reason I sold them, jk. I know my friend did EXACTLY what you were saying in #3, turned out getting 2 brand new Honda Fits for like 25K combined or something INSANE, and he had 2 POS beaters to trade in, 1 of which was not running and had no chance of ever running again until a new engine was put in. He dealt with a big Honda dealer in Cbus, walked in and said here it is, make it happen. They made the deal and walked out with 2 brand new cars. I would personally try that route, if it doesn't work I would try hard to get something from that dealer since they already have you there, tell them to at least make that happen.
  8. Brando is looking super sexy in that new outfit, man I want to touch him. Oh and you Hollywood, and you.
  9. Report is 2 people with stolen passports on board, and both countries to whom the stolen passports belong to confirmed that the true owners were at home. This sounds bad, real bad. RIP.
  10. Hate Ohio, have since I was a child, always will. If the wife would allow a move, I'd be out of here in less than a day, taking the bare minimum and donating the rest to charity. Her sister and BIL keep talking about moving to SC, which would be great because then I think there would be a glimmer of hope for me to GTFO of here, until then no chance. Her parents not being able to move doesn't help either, so guess I can keep dreaming.
  11. Wouldn't say that, but definitely too much to qualify for FASFA, would think most families with both parents working career jobs would be, even at 30K base a year. Definitely glad it helps some families, but my wife got d*ck from FASFA and her parents made less than 75K a year combined too. Granted there was a ton of underlying circumstances there, but her undergrad and PhD was basically self paid, except for her scholarship money and student loans. There's just so many factors anymore in the government helping people out. Want to get college on the cheap, get knocked up in HS, don't work, live at home, and I'll stop there.
  12. That's the thing, FASFA is a joke, it costs us more to complete it and send it in than I got when I went to school. By my Jr year we didn't even bother with it. Granted this was with 2 parents and their financial planner set them up very well, but it's still a joke. I love my whole life policy since it's a cash value, so does my wife. We'd never buy anything but it, constantly making a killing, and I've never paid a premium and just watched the value grow. It's all about who handles it as to each person's experience, but so far our's has been good, and from the looks of his history with my family, it won't be anything but.
  13. Also it is still possible to use the funds for another member of the family to go to college without taxes if your son decides not to. I.E. cousin, niece, nephew. We've had ours for a few months now, and already growing pretty quick from his starting balance. Actually need to make our contribution pretty soon, we are looking to do 3-4 large ones per year vs. just 1 big one, just to try to help spread it out more.
  14. I ran a Bell as a backup and wore it once to check fitment, didn't have any issues, that was the smoked shield and normal clear, so you may just have gotten a bad batch. Kind of like I know Optimal Bodywork has a bad batch every once in a while that needs to be stripped, sanded, and reprimed all the way down, but 90% of the time no issues. Everything has bad batches at sometime, I'd call the company and see if they can make it right.
  15. Wait, you're telling me we'll be all naked minus warbelts, and have real lasers and assault guns? Oh this is getting good, real good. I want to play. But for real co-worker just signed up for 2 classes at Blackwing, told him about this organization and told him I would keep him updated when we figure stuff out. I actually had no idea he was into guns at all, or anything of the sort.
  16. Love repping my shirt to the gym, thing is sweet! Definitely keep us updated on classes etc.
  17. THe last statement is so key. It's NOT just about weight loss, sure that is what peoples "goals" are, but if you are feeling better, have more energy, and lost even a few lbs, then that is winning for sure. Too many people use the scale to measure how they are doing, but only measures weight, nothing internally. Muscle weighs more than fat, most people gain weight if they truly are using weight training, eating, and cardio when going from noting, unless the workouts are strictly geared to losing weight i.e. not using heavy resistance. I love these threads because everyone can easily exchange info, recipies, etc. For me, I make a pasta mix which is uber cheap and rarely get tired of it. Kroger even has whole wheat pasta, 2x fiber pasta, or veggie pasta on sale right now buy 6 and they areo nly 69cents each. Obviously pasta is good forever, so I will be stocking up. I buy the cheapest canned pasta sauce, a box of noodles listed above, and 1lb 90/10, or 93/7 ground beef, maybe add some veggies in sauce, and seasoning, and then crush it after my workouts for lunch. I figured that even with paying full price at Kroger for the beef its less than 2.00 a meal for 3-4 meals depending, or 6-8bucks total. If I go to Costco and get their beefi ts 1.50 a meal and healthy. Then toss in frozen veggies steamed in the microwave, done and done. Easy, cheap, and quick. Oh and get a rice cooker people, as Craig when I made him get one how easy it makes life. Cook all your rice, brown, white, long grain, whatever, in it without doing anything, for a full week +.
  18. I can vouch for Craig, saw him this weekend, definitely looking more fit. He said he stopped working the corner and giving out freebies so much. But yeah, he's doing it right, eating healthy, working out, a true lifestyle change, not just jumping on the new years band wagon, just to fall off a few months later. We've lost probably 30% of the members who joined the PF I go to at lunch already from the new years jump.
  19. I own and we use Rigid 18v Lithium Ion drills and impact guns on the race car and sometimes go several days without a full charge being used almost all day. They also are just tossed in and yanked out of the tool box, not well taken care of, and not treated like I treat mine at home. I can 100% say these things take a severe beating and for the price we love them. We carry 2 drills and 2 impact drivers and 6 batteries with 2 chargers. Never had a single problem with them.
  20. You got it, that's the summary here now It was actually a nice feeling to walk away happy for once.
  21. Thanks all, the link we actually quoted something similar which they actually had posted in their own waiting room. In the end 250 of unauthorized repairs became 99.98, which I was fine with. Dealt with Brad who is the manager of the service techs, not so much the advisors. We met in an office and he actually made that offer, we were very happy with the outcome. In my eyes although proper protocal was not followed they did remedy the problem. He also told me when it's time for the pinion seal we will make sure it and the gasket are covered under the warranty as I was told it would be, and that a loaner would be ready so I didn't have to miss work.
  22. Oh, you've had that "Customer service" too? Yeah, I don't step foot in there currently, simply use their ad to price match at Gander or Cabela's. Had one of their salesmen sell me a used gun off the web and let's just say it was a POS and didn't work. But he was happy to take my $$ and walk. This was after he wouldn't cut me a discount on the floor model LCP I wanted and just gave me a "you're stupid" look. Since then I haven;t been back, and will only go if their location down here isn't shitty too with customer service. If it is, I will deal with OVO for shooting and anyone else for guns.
