Did someone forget to mention Vance's is building a fucking 56K square foot range/shop in OBETZ 1 mile from my house? I mean holy shit, I just put the house up for sale, but might have to reconsider after that. Granted it's the last thing I need for my bank account, but I mean literally I can go there, shoot, hit the gym, get TB/KFC/AIDS, and come home. But for real, I was wondering WTF they were building right off Alum Creek in some shithole area, now I know. A Vances with 24 lanes to shoot, and huge ass store. I figure their current store is what, maybe 10K sq ft at most? I mean 56K is fucking huge. Anyways, uh yea, ground is broke, no footers yet, but It will basically be a warehouse so it's gonna happen super fucking fast because the 100K st ft warehouse behind my friends house went up in 4 months from the time they were done excavating.

The 209's were basically dangerous if I recall right Gixxie? They sucked from development through race season and had all kinds of issues, hence why they were cheap and easy to get. Please don't tell me I should have known, I know this already, BUT I had AWESOME experience with them and my 6.0 when my injectors randomly went south 1500 miles before 100K warranty expired. 100.00 out of pocket for over $1,500.00 worth of work. However today was not the same case and I want to see if anyone has any names or contacts up the chain of command before going in tomorrow in case I need to name drop to get some issues resolved. That is usually how it goes with large HVAC purchases, people think they are just a low rate loan, but they are actually tied to your residence. Happened to my friend 2 years ago, lives in a house from the early 1900's. Company told him what he would have to do and it was something like 30K, he signed the papers, I looked them over, turned out to be a 2nd mortgage on his property. He had no idea. (Not saying Joe would do this to anyone he's legit. But it can/does happen).

Joe, FWIW, if we don't sell the house this time around and are staying here for a long time, I will need to consult you on upgrading our setup to something more efficient and setup correctly for the house. If we do sell the house(hoping), I would want to hire you to come with the home inspection meeting and check the HVAC. We will chat at a later date, just a heads up. I bought this belt when Blueisuckdick bought his last year, I think he actually had a sizing problem as well then got the right size by doing the return. In my case I hate returning shit so I told myself I would lost weight and make it fit further on the loops. Well, that isn't happening. They told me to order a size 40 so I did, which was supposed to be for a 36 waist in pants which is what I wear. Thing is, I don't feel like it fits as far in to the loops as I want so I would like to get a size 42. I feel this fits a 34 waist much better than my 36 fat ass. I've gotten pretty messed up from skiing several times, concussions, knee injury, stuff like that, but things like this happen often, just rarely made public. Seen a lot of whirly birds land mtn side in CO and take people away, it's never pretty. It's similar to racing a motorcycle, you're either 100% in, or 100% out, trying to explain this to my wife as she picks up skiing. FWIW she works with quad/parapalegics every day in her profession, and still was willing to try skiing. However she was not huge on the motorcycle racing.

Really hoping for some good news today about this, the longer he's in coma the lower the chances of anything positive I think. Definitely watching this one.

Actually bumping this back up, not listed yet, but new realtor, put in a ton of new stuff, and upgraded a lot of things(at least I think lol). New paint throughout, flooring, carpet, some new appliances, some other stuff done. Once new listing is up, should be this weekend/early next week, I will post link to it with new price. We found a house we want this time, last time we found nothing we were happy with where we wanted to be, so we are willing to deal much more this time. Please spread the word, if an OR referral buys it, I will definitely toss you some coin, as in a good amount, not a tank of gas style.

Thanks, this is kind of what I was looking for just in case.... We closed the cover to about 80% of the crawlspace and added a dehumidifier. We'll see what's up in a few weeks or whatever and go from there. Want to install a nicer vapor barrier or do it when we sell/move out for the next owner. I think that will make it a nice storage area. granted we use it already but want it to be nicer.
