Vacation??? Where to drive to? Where to end up?
Cheech replied to Beegreenstrings's topic in Dumpster
As your attorney, I advise you to take a hit out of the little brown bottle in my shaving kit. You won't need much, just a tiny taste. -
This country needs a AG like Oliver Babish. I know he was just a character, but that kind of integrity is sorely lacking from any Administration in my lifetime.

Looking around at refinancing, I'm seeing closing costs around that area, anything from 2000 to low 3's, more if you're into paying points. When I refied in 09 I got out of paying PMI due to my credit score and the fact that I paid a point, you might be able to do the same.

That site that I found was just random searching for custom chopper wheels. Hobby's perspective is infinitely better than mine on this. Hope everything works out for you!

3K were new in box direct from manufacturer, with whatever warranty they offer. These are still used, even though they've never been mounted, and the maker is out of business. WILD guess, I'd start at $2750 and allow yourself to be browbeat down to $2500. The tire mount/balance seems like a good job for Shop Dog Cycles, no? I'd definitely toss that in there.
-
They go on overpriced choppers. Never underestimated the buying power/lack of impulse control of someone whose's already willing to plunk down 25K+ on a "custom" chopper that gets ridden once a week for 5 miles.
-
Those will make a QSL bike night warrior very happy. Quick google shows a comparable rear for 1700, and a comparable front for 1300 so 3K all-in. source Looks like your guy's not getting his money back on this one. They look (at least in the crappy cellphone pics) like they've never been mounted, so you might be able to get a decent amount for them. Seeing as I don't play in the ZOMG SHINY CUSTOM! world, I have no idea what kind of price is expected in the secondary market. I guess it comes down to how fast you want to move them...

madcat, hit me up. I got a 30 year loan at 4.75 that I want to do some of that refinancing bullshit on, mebbe go down to a 15. Let's rap. Bad, I gotta root around and find this sonuvabitch, but I was so pissed off when I was buying this house in 07 that there wasn't a simple, unified sheet where I can just throw numbers at, so I made an Excel sheet with interest/PMI (which I know you won't have) budget (per room!), down payment, all that shiz. When I do find it I'll hit you up and send it your way.

They're mini-satchels, asshole. You just bought yourself a cock-punch.

Dude, we get it. You're appreciative to everybody, especially the military. Understood. The fact that you constantly bring it up tells me that you're looking for kudos or validation of your behavior, and for that I have not a fuck to give you other than congratulations for not going through life and being a dick to everyone. Please, move on.
-
I think I can sum this up: Don't be a dick to people. If you aren't a dick to people, don't go around trumpeting the fact that you aren't a dick to people and expect kudos. If you are a dick to people, expect a like response in return when you go around trumpeting that you don't give a fuck and it's all about me. Seriously, y'all need to get over yourselves.

This I take offense to. Just because I have never worn a uniform doesn't automatically mean I'm unwilling to wear one. Put down the broad brush and start seeing some nuances, not everything is black and white.
-
I hereby demand you present yourself to me at once so I may properly punch you in the face for your insolence.

I'm not taking sides in this, but merely answering a question: Unless Chopsaw McDrillbit lives with his parents, there is a significant amount of living expenses overhead that goes along with a apartment. My understanding (could be wrong here) was that there were no appreciable living expenses in the military.

This probably won't endear me very much to the majority here, but as it is my opinion I feel it needs to be said. We, as a society, have massively overcompensated for the previous generation's contempt for soldiers returning form Vietnam. I'm all for acknowledgement of military service, and I fully understand the necessity of having people "on the wall". However, the level of soldier worship I've seen exhibited (especially if there's a television camera nearby), I think, is a little excessive. I can understand and appreciate the point of view about preserving freedoms and all that, however war is dictated by politics, not by military men. In my opinion, a far more direct avenue to preserve freedom in the US would be to take steps to end the drug war, or to curtail unlawful seizures, or to try and end warrantless wiretapping, or any one of a ton of other actions this administration or the others before it have used to encroach on personal freedoms.

I'll vouch for jnor all day long and twice on Sunday. He's good people, takes very good care of his stuff, and went WAY out of his way to save my bacon when he didn't have to. I only regret I don't have 6K to toss in this. Hope it sells soon!
-
Nope, because he's a cop means that he's pretty well exempt from most standard traffic laws.
-
Nonsense. The fancier the Scotch, the fancier Mountain Dew pairing. Got a standard Johnnie Black? Regular Dew should be fine. 21 year old Bushmills? My friend, it's time to break out the limited-circulation Code Red.
-
Anywho, the forum is a better place now that fuckface is gone.
-
Nothing pairs better with Scotch than Mountain Dew.

Most vodka (and easily 80%+ of the really popular stuff) is fermented grain, not potato. If you want a decent potato vodka that's not eleventy billion dollars, go for Luksusowa. Fun fact about the ZOMG popular vodkas: The vast majority of them start off as 90% or so "grain neutral spirits" sold by big agro firms like Archer Daniels Midland or ConAgra. Their customer (Skyy, for example) dilutes the spirits down to the proper level and bottles. If you want good vodka, get it from a place that actually does the distilling on their own. I know there's a place in the Columbus Short North that makes their own, it's Middle West Spirits or bottled under OYO. Excellent stuff, and they do pretty bitchin tours.
-
I don't think that's been independently verified, I lump it in with all the other bullshit he's spewed, like his "military service".
-
porter! I'm going to need access to the junk transmissions y'all throw out. This sculpture offends me. If it's not 1980's Transformers, it's complete and utter shite.

I know, that's why I said it was possible, not likely. As I recall, about the time the website went up was about the time that Zimmerman went into hiding so deep that it prompted his lawyers to call a presser to ask him to check in.
