  1. It's OK. I'm sure the latest Madea is still in theaters. Leave the intelligent movies to the intelligent people.
  2. Yes. If OhioRiders is a factory farm chicken coop of political discussion, FreeRepublic is the natural, organic, no-antibiotics-administered, free range of political derp. You'd honestly fit right in there. While your there, feel free to stop by World Net Daily and pick up one of Jerome Corsi's books, they also feed right into your "I'm really not a birther, I'm just asking questions" worldview.
  3. Now you're just trolling. If you wanted a circlejerk, why don't you post in freerepublic? You'd get all kinds of positive reinforcement there.
  4. Ah, the old asking to disprove a negative, always the hallmark of an informed and rational argument. The Glenn Beck/Rush is strong with you. Also, just because there are "quite a few" of you, doesn't diminish the fact that you are collectively all idiots in this regard.
  5. The rationalization that "the court refuses to hear the cases because the end justifies the means." No, the Court(s) refuse to hear the case because the plaintiffs have absolutely no legal standing to do anything, probably due to the fact that they have no argument that's rooted in any basis of fact. You can use any made up rationalization you want, but that's simply proof positive that you continue to fuck that chicken.
  6. Which is your personal opinion that happens to have absolutely no basis in actual fact. You can believe whatever you want, but don't expect me or any rational person to take you seriously when you begin making shit up out of thin air. Hey man, if that's what lets you go to sleep at night, keep fuckin' that chicken.
  7. Yes, it would have. I would just shoot the motherfucker that interrupted my soaps.
  8. Which Obama possesses. Refuting this confirmed, concrete fact is directly implying that B-Rock "The Islamic Shock" Hussein Fartbongo's birth certificate is a forgery. Not too many issues are cut-and-dry like this, but there you have it. You either believe the word of the undoubtedly thousands of Republican officials who have upheld its legitimacy, or you're a birther. There are no Constitutional issues here, no vagaries of something Ben Franklin said while plowing a French maid and proofreading the Declaration of Independence, there's just the undisputed truth, and then there's what you, personally, believe without having a shred of solid evidence to back it up. See, it's little obscure jabs like that that tell me that you lean towards birtherism. Don't get me wrong, I understand why you do it, no one likes to be called "birther", it's like being called a "Klansman" or a "cat lady", or, perhaps more accurately, a "crazy person". The end doesn't justify the means because there ARE NO MEANS. You (speaking to the general conservative) don't like the guy. I get it. You want him out of office. I get that too. To expedite things along, you're hoping for a magic bullet that's just going to up and throw him out of the White House overnight. Protip: This ain't the way you're going to do it. Who knows, maybe in his (possible) second term he'll nail a intern in the Oval Office, and you can all collectively circle-jerk and throw around moral codes like you did in the late '90's. Until that happens, or until you manufacture some flimsy reason to try and impeach him, he's a natural born citizen of the United States, he's YOUR CIC, and he's the current, sitting President. Period.
  9. Ah yes, the wonders of drug cop math. He's a smart kid on multiple levels. Let's just assume that the news isn't bullshitting and he was running (or close to running) the operation, so not only does he have a tidy little nest egg (and assuming the cops only found 6K in cash at the house, he has it tucked away someplace good for retrieval later), BUT he gets everything expunged after a couple of years for being a minor. Scot-free, baby!
  10. Not really the same argument, no one in that case had qualified immunity and a massive union lobby to argue and obfuscate on their behalf.

I wish I was hoarding money. I guess you can say that I am investing in guns. I give bowdog money, bowdog gives me stuff for my cabinets, bowdog buys guns. Enh, I'm sure it all works out in the end.
  12. I see now I shouldn't be substituting iced tea for coffee in the morning. I understand, carry on.

One of these days I'm going to have disposable income that's not getting re-invested back in the house so I can snap one of these things up...
  14. I don't necessarily agree with that. Knocking over a grocery store the size of Kroger is HARD, with limited return on "investment". Knocking over a hardened ATM is high-risk, high-reward, but it's even harder without tools, adequate planning, and a shitload of time. Depending on the security of the gas station, that may be comparatively easy, but weighing all the options, if you were seriously fucked up and wanted to rob something or someone, a home invasion would be the easiest choice for the best return.
  15. I'm willing to bet the homeowner would be made dead. Just ask the former SGT in Arizona that got a knock on a wrong door from a police raid and decided to protect his family. Castle Doctrine vs. Qualified Immunity, Immunity wins every time. The burden of proof to demonstrate that the police were willfully and intentionally breaching and searching the wrong house is pretty goddamn high, especially when the blue wall forms, and ESPECIALLY if the homeowner decides to protect his family and shoots the intruder.
  16. I don't understand the significance of the gas station, ATM, and Kroger. You live too far away from the police station to be within earshot, and the rest of these things don't really do anything for you at all, at least not that I can see. Care to explain?
  17. For someplace that purports itself to be a wing/chicken place, they can't cook chicken to save their life. EVERY time I've gotten a chicken tender, it was all dried out. Almost as bad a BWR, both Lewis Center and Broad St. They're on my "never again" list.
  18. QSL BBQ is fairly good, everything else is pretty meh. BW3's is a guilty pleasure, even though their prices have gotten insane over the years. Hate all you want, but I loves me some Mild and Caribbean Jerk, even if I have to withstand the butthole beating that ensues a few hours later.
  19. +1 to food sucking. Their wing sauce is god-awful, almost as bad as Hooters.
  20. As this does not fall under the jurisdiction of pizza, I hereby refer you to Bad for adjudication and, if necessary, a proper Mexican slap.
  21. ...while charging a $10 fee for the act of transferring your money from savings to checking to cover a overdraft. Granted, I'm sure that with the CC/banking reforms that have been passed this fee has either been done away with or limited, but the fact that it was there to begin with was very frustrating to me, and one of the reasons why I threw Huntington on its ass years ago. Huntington engaged in the same type of transactional fudgery to maximize overdraft revenue as 5/3 and the rest of the banks. No, you put a "philosophy of fair play banking" after you were legally required to do so, not before. The majority of your new "features" were policies enacted by the reform bills. That being said, USAA is eating your lunch, and rightly so. I've tried Kemba CU (had my auto loan through them) and Mags has a point, their online banking was god-awful. I haven't had a single fee with USAA thus far, and with my mortgage being through Chase (something that was beyond my control), I have a dummy checking account set up in the rare time I make in-person deposits.
  22. I will allow bagel pizzas, as I enjoy both bagels and pizza. Exception granted.
  23. But we have every right to have a say (or more) in policies of other sovereign nations, third- or first-world? Also, do we have nothing to learn from other countries to allow them to have any input in policies that could possibly have an effect on the society outside of our borders? Just a "shut your mouth, we know what's best"?
