I'd like to know why they chose Bob Evans anyhow...and it sounds like their event ran kinda late into the morning. The whole point of cars and coffee is to do it before normal business hours for most establishments to have empty parking lots and disrupt business as little as possible. Coffee shops are about the only things open at 7 or 8am in the morning which works out perfectly.

Talk to Derek (NTB). They used to offer a package of unlimited allignments for like 2-3 years for very reasonable money....even if you need camber adjustments. I purchased it for botht he M3 and the 996 and it's more than paid for itself. Andy

You know...the more I look at it the more confused I am. Don't think it's a Lotus7-ish chassis. I see an exhaust exiting under the license plate, Tranny and half shafts in there, and also the direction of the tread on the tires makes me think that's something rear engine, tube chassis and street legal due to the plate and light buckets. I'm confused...but very interrested to see what it is.

I've seen them with a Rover V8 in them but never an LSx. Cheap shocks on that car too

I got my Logitech Momo force feedback wheel off of e-bay for $45. It's not G25, but it's a great inexpensive option. I think even new they're only $100

I play rFactor in the winter. Actually joined a couple of winter leagues with weekly race dates and had a blast. However now that spring is back and my schedule is crap everything has gone back to the office and likely won't be used for months.

On the lowering, go at least H&R Cup kit. The springs alone that are available don't give enough drop. Our old E46 coupe lowered on just H&R springs and I never liked the drop. Hardly much lower than stock since the coupes already come with the sports suspension. I'll see if I can dig up a picture.

Jason, this is horrible to hear. Keep your head up and best of luck with your recovery. Hopefully the paint starts to subside today for you some. I agree you're in great hands. I've been a visitor to Riverside frequently in the last couple of weeks and the staff there is amazing. Andy

Bobby. Good looking car. Glad to see some pictures of it. Jones and Aaron:...you're both actually right. Until the E9X series cars the sports package was just the sports package. However when Audi did the whole S-line deal BMW changed the name of their sports package to M-sports package.

Ironic seeing as though I've driven the 996 from my house to the shop and back with no front bumper since I already had it off to clean the radiators and it was easier to get on the allignment rack that way!
