maybe the cab driver shouldnt have been yelling at the guy and calling him a stupid motherfucker? i woulda punched his ass too for talking to me like that after he hit my car then the idiot follows him around crying like an infant smells like a scam to me... taxi hits guy in expensive car, knowing he has money - antagonizes driver until driver loses it and punches his ass - taxi driver then sues ferrari driver and tries to get bogus amount of compensation thats my guess at least....the taxi driver showed absolutely zero intention of backing down from that confrontation, even after he got hit he continued to follow the guy around, eventually blocking the dude from getting back into his car...you can see at the end the guy hits him and drags him away from the car door

speculation. for all you know, the passenger could have been the one who asked him to do it. dunn was probably used to the car, maybe the passenger was excited to be in a porsche and egged him on to see what it can do? we will never know what happened - the passenger is not a victim, he is to blame also....he is the one who made the choice to ride with a drunk driver, nobody forced him

i would agree if he hit another car....but his passenger is the only person to blame for their fate. nobody forced them to get into the car. its not ryan dunns fault that the passenger made the choice to get in the car with a driver who was drunk. if you guys want to hold people accountable for their actions, at least hold all parties involved accountable, dont try and pin it on a single person, its not like the passenger was a 2yr old in a child seat. im not defending dunn's actions, but im not foolish enough to put all the blame on him either, like the passenger was some innocent victim.

i prefer email or txting....if they only leave a phone number and say calls only, no txts - i wont contact them....most people on craigslist have some weird troll accent on the phone that makes verbal communications frustrating....i dont mind txting or email, i prefer txting

i negotiate price through email and i ask sellers to be very descriptive so theres no surprises...if im selling i make sure to tell all the flaws so they know what to expect i dont like being lowballed in person, its a waste of my time...if i want 1500 firm for something, i dont wanna go out of my way for an 800 dollar offer if someone says something is "Like New" and i show up and theres a big scratch in it, i will ask them to take money off - but if it truly is "like new" then ill pay the price we agreed upon in emails....same for if im selling, if i forget to mention something and they notice it in person, i will work with them on the price...but if i properly describe what im selling, i expect to get the amount previously agreed upon
