heres a comparison chart.... i found out that the reason my bike was rich even though it had the right numbers, is because it needed a 165 dynojet but it had a 165 mikuni (or maybe the opposite...but the number was right and the brand was wrong) heres a chart to match them up http://vmaxoutlaw.com/tech/dyno-mikuni.htm 165 mikuni = 176 dynojet

thats what i did on mine go on a superhawk forum and post up every mod you have and they will be able to tell you which jets you need to be using - then buy those specific jets and put them in.....keep in mind that a size is not all you need to know - theres a difference in Mikuni jets and Dynojet jets....a 165 mikuni jet flows different than a 165 dynojet...so be careful while ordering and make sure they clarify which ones you need

i was taught in two school districts that PEMDAS isnt strict with the last 4...it could be PEDMSA if thats what the problem calls for...mult, and div. have the same weight, and addition and sub have the same weight.... it always goes left to right, you just have to do parenthesis > exponents > mult/div > add/sub....you can flip the mult/div and add/sub i was thinking 2 originally because of what others said, i was thinking that since the 2 was right next to the parenthesis without any notation between, that it had to be distributed first inside the parenthesis i see how 288 is right, but i also see how 2 could be seen correct by people who are rusty on their math skills, like myself

multiplication and division can be switched....its left to right, same for addition and subtraction....only time a number is applied inside the parenthesis before that would be exponents....so 288 is actually correct - just at a quick glance i see how its easy to come up with 2 if youre putting the 2 multiplied into the parenthesis

hmm...i guess this does make more sense...forgot about removing parenthesis after you do the work inside of them....i see how 288 is right now, but def tripped me up with a quick glance and not being in math for awhile lol

48÷2(9+3)=? 48÷2(12)=? 48÷24= 2 the 48÷2 was not in parenthesis, you just added them to the problem if it was (48÷2)(9+3)=?, then you would get 288. but that wasnt the problem you posted
