i had a cop fly past me like this on 270 like i was sitting still...no lights or anything...i had my fiance in the car, and it was about midnight...i cant imagine if he woulda lost control or something and caused an accident like this...

got it all worked out today. title in my name. heres the story...

went to a diff title office in delaware and they said the same thing as the first so we decided to go to dayton. went to this tim guys house and talked to him. ends up that tim is "jr's" friend. tim sold JR the bike but kept it in his name so they wouldnt have to pay taxes. JR had tim sign the title and give it to him when he wanted to sell the bike. but tim put gift and JR scratched it out and put $3000. this tim guy got pissed and called this jr guy and yelled at him for not answering my texts and stuff. but tim was more than willing to go to the title office with me and get a new title. we put it as a gift so i didnt have to pay any taxes and everything got taken care of.

so now the titles in my name and i got it plates so im set to go. thank god!

ive always heard that wd40 is bad for bike chains and is only good for things that arent moved much...light lubrication like a door jamb....ive always used wd40 on things i didnt care about (couple old dirt bikes) if i didnt have any chain wax...but in general, ide say no to wd40

they will prolly drop the speed if he pleas to the ovi. if its his first he'll get 3 days in jail and have to take a class for credit for 3 more days.

just to correct this...its 3 days in jail OR take the class...for first offense...any offense after that the class is mandatory, along with jail time...but for first offense you dont have to do both, just one or the other

i believe its a law over there that they have to pull over for the humvees (similar to us having to move over for police and ambulances)...i could be wrong though
