  1. Is jbot still pushing the hj's for track days angle? I would suggest getting the track day first.
  2. Sure...for example 'User CP' displayed more information on a single screen than 'My Profile.' I have found most of the information, but you have to go to different tabs to see it. Once on different tabs like Rep (received) rather than just seeing the links it shows the entire post. Again, you can get it all by scrolling, just less info is displayed on a single screen. I like the look, but it takes a few more clicks to see what I'm used to seeing.
  3. How much rep do I need for a free trackday?
  4. The look is nice. The navigation is not as intuitive though.
  5. How do I set number of posts to view in a page?
  6. I had a set of nearly new Shinko Podium 006s that came on a SV1000S that I bought used. The grip was OK, front grip was a little better than the rear. They didn't inspire confidence at high lean angles. If your not leaning to the edge of the tires, there might be enough grip for you 'most' of the time. Most of the time until you need to do an emergency braking maneuver, or a lean hard in tight turn. You get what you pay for and tires aren't right place to 'cheap out.'
  7. They came on a used bike I bought. Short answer, no.
  8. This. And if I would have won, it would still be happily carving corners all over Ohio
  9. We got jbot back on the road with some locally sourced supplies.
  10. I agree. Vaginas can take a good pounding. Wait...I think I get it, are comments like that why there's a women's only forum
  11. That's the stuff dreams are made of...for those of us who dream small
  12. I have had good luck with both, although none have been crash tested
  13. Great weather for a ride. Post up if you're planning to be there.
  14. Cool. We'll ride some of your queer motogp fantasy route.
  15. Dang, that's even better than I had hoped
  16. I rode that bike a few years ago. It's a loooong reach to the bars. Handles really well though.
  17. This thread came at a good time. After 13k, I am almost ready to clean my chain. I miss the Buell's belt drive.
  18. OP updated with address for meet spot.
  19. That area is good, there are also a few hidden gems in Holmes county (heart of Amish country), and also around Coshocton. If I have enough time, my preference is always SEO or nearby WV. More curves, less traffic, and fewer LEOs
  20. UP is even further, but maybe you can convince him For me, the good SEO roads are so far away. If I want to get the good stuff the pace has to be pretty quick with minimal stopping or the day just gets too long. I always seem to have a bunch of responsibilities waiting for me when I get home.
  21. The issue with a slower pace SEO ride is the length of time it would take. From Cleveland it's a 400-500 mile day. At a 'hot' pace with just a few short stops it's a 9 or 10 hour ride. At a slower pace with more frequent stops for discussion you're looking at 12+ hours. Not saying it couldn't happen, but you would probably need to be on the road by 7am and get back after dark.
