  2. Your avatar is not likely to help you sell...just sayin'
  3. XB's are VERY sensitive to suspension setup because of the short wheelbase. It takes a few tries, but when it's right you'll know it. From what you say, I would soften the compression by 1/4 turn and maybe reduce rear preload by a click. Sure. When setup right it's one of the best handling bikes around. When off they can be fidgety and twitchy.
  4. The guy was scammed, but technically the bike was stolen. I wonder if he can claim it on insurance
  5. Pretty much. I like to be on the road at the crack of dawn, minimize stops, and keep them under 10 minutes. Actually, to get to the really good roads from Cleveland is at least a 400 mile ride. I just try to keep a long day from turning into a REALLY long day. Plus, I always have shit to do in the evenings. Also, getting home by 4-5 seems to to avoid the "...would you rather ride or spend time with me..." conversations.
  6. Is that the bridge to New Martinsville?
  7. They repaved a few sections of WV250, definitly worth the trip. I was about 2 hours ahead of you on 255. I covered about 425 miles today. My tire is totally shagged.
  8. I am riding tomorrow, but I am planning to leave early. I'll be on the road by 8a home, by 4p. From my house, it will be about 420 miles through some of the better twisties in SE OH and WV (well the best WV twisties we can get to from Cleveland without an overnight). btw, my rides are more about quick cornering than straight line speed.
  9. Benellis aren't the most relaible machines around, so I would make sure you have access to parts and service. They are also known for parasitic electrical drains. The styling is love it or hate it. That said...I'd prolly hit it.
  10. I wanted to go, but due to reason outside of my control I couldn't ride at all this weekend:(
  11. Now they're saying he's being evuated and not fired, yet.
  12. And Brown has been fired.
  13. I expect Brown to be gone. I also expect LBJ will resign with the Cavs, but it will likely be another short 2-3 year deal to keep his name in the headlines and continue the endless where will he go next time conversations.

    1. Men who wear sandals. Seriously, no one wants to see your cave man feet. I don't care how hot it is. Unless you are taking a shower at the gym, sandals are uber ghey. 2. Clothes on dogs. This gets a big F'off, even on Halloween.

    wtf cavs!!

Sure, but this team is built on LBJ driving to the rim, if he is doubled then pass to Jamison for a layup or kick it out to a 3 point shooter. If he doesn't iniatiate the offense the rest of the players struggle to find their shot. That is Mike Brown's one-dimensional offense.

    wtf cavs!!

Lebron has more natural ability than anyone in the NBA. He was considered one of the best in the world at 18. He has led a charmed life. Now it's time to prove that he has the comnpetitive drive and killer instinct to dig down and force a game 7. Hopefully, game 5 was a fluke. We'll see for sure on Thursday.

    wtf cavs!!

Aside from Lebron not giving a damn in game 5, Mike Brown has to be the worst Coach in the NBA. His lack of offensive imagination and inability/unwillingness to make adjustments during the game are the Cavs biggest weaknesses. In the regular season, the Cavs regularly get outscored in the 3rd quarter...no coincidence this is right after halftime when the head coaches makes the majority of their adjustments. The Cavs can usually make up for the 3rd quarter let down with superior talent. But, a 7 game series is ALL ABOUT ADJUSTMENTS. Stan Van Jeremy, badly exposed Mike Brown last year vs. Orlando. Doc Rivers is not nearly as good a coach as Stan (or Jeff) Van Gundy and he is 3 steps ahead of MIke Brown in this series. WTF?
  18. Makes sense for Kawi. They sold alot of KZ1000 Police bikes until 2005. And it's way more capable than anything from HD.
  19. Cleaning out the garage. I have a nice, fully adjustable, rear shock from a '98 CBR600F3. It will fit other bikes. I was going to use it to replace the crappy shock on my Honda 919, but I sold that bike.
  20. Nice find, but not sure about $9k for a purple CBR6.
  21. I should be able to make this ride, 700 miles..pfft.
